Easy check in/check out
Our room was around the corner from the main entrance and where everyone walks passed. You could hear everything, people talking, making breakfast. The breakfask was AWFUL. The scrambled eggs were wet and slimy, I couldn't eat them. Our room also didnt have carpet so it echoed. The bed was old. You could her the metal spri gs as soon as you touched the bed.
We have stayed at better la quintas.
That we could walk to a few places that we wanted to go to and thing we wanted to do.
That the staff didn't say anything when they seen us they had the house keeping come to are room when we said we didn't need it. They let a lot teenage fight and be loud in parking lot right outside the main door. The TV didn't stay working because of the satellite dish. They had no internet service for us
The man who checked us in at the hotel was wonderful. So kind and caring!
No soap for shower except the bar of soap for washing your hands.
Very good breakfast. Not anything fancy, but adequate.
Breakfast was the standard hotel food. It was good. Breakfast staff were excellent. The front desk person was very nice and friendly. I like that we can bring our pet next time with no extra fee.
The pool was unheated. I did not go and tell the front desk because there were so many people in the pool area I was sure someone would have told them the pool was ICE COLD. My grandkids still played in the cold water, but I had to watch them because their lips were turning blue.
Missing a secondary lock on the door of the hotel room.
Check-in staff were nice
The lobby was very big and comfortable. The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious. The staff was very kind.

Breakfast was good , location near work
desk staff did not know what they where doing. And stole money and management tried to help cover it up. my night stay was $72 plus tax and they charged my card $406. When I tried to get it back the manager said I should get a lawyer. I have alll the documentation and will be presenting it to local law enforcement and the prosecuting attorney for further action.
Very clean, well stocked and friendly staff.
No complaints
Staff is the best... hotel has is nicely updated and set back in a very safe wooded area with views. Always very quiet and relaxing. Texas Roadhouse and I HOP right next door and right next to a movie theater so plenty to do right at the front door.
I am a live in nanny and come here to relax in peace and quiet.
