Falta de acesso do carro ao hotel!!!muito ruim!! Péssimo!! Poderia permitir que o carro descesse até ao hotel apenas para deixar as malas!!! Ressalto a gentileza dos funcionários em ajudar a carregar as malas!!!

The staff actually made it a wonderful stay.

The location was nice for a couple of days, but the crowds on the riverfront can be overwhelming after a couple of days.

Lovely historic hotel right in middle of the waterfront.
Pros:

Location, restaurant and room service great, clean, having a balcony. Noise is not a problem with balcony doors shut.

Cons:

Access is from the road above unless you arrive by taxi which is allowed to come to property. Dragging luggage through the crowds is not fun.
Balcony is a Juliet style, footing and railings are weathered and dirty. Still great to open the doors and be on the waterfront.
Could use more table space for luggage
