We travelled all over Portugal and fell in love with Porto! A big part of that was this EPIC hotel! Staff was amazing, location was 12/10 and what a VIBE! LOVE LOVE LOVE
La ubicación es magnífica. La habitación una preciosidad. El desayuno excepcional. Y si además coincide con la noche de San Juan, el espectáculo de los farolillos y los fuegos artificiales desde la habitación es francamente insuperable. Es verdad que esa noche es bulliciosa en el exterior, pero las ventanas aíslan mucho y se pudo descansar adecuadamente.
Nada que mencionar.
Nice hotel in a great location to explore Porto
Some taxis refuse to drive all there way to the hotel, which is annoying when you arrive with luggage.

Breakfast amazing and Oliver and team provided great service. Check in was brilliant and lovely drinks offered. Room was on the river so have front row seats of air show happening. Very generous with 'freebies' in the room
Travelling with small kids so wanted a slightly better lock into the corridor as they slept in the antiroom of the suite. Had to check out earlier than planned as the air show meant that no cars could get anywhere near the hotel for airport transfer pre-booked. No prior warning from the hotel. Luckily we had friends who were local and helped us out

The dinner in the restaurant was good but not great value for money. The biggest bugbear was paying 40€ for a bottle of wine which cost less than 5€ in the supermarket! Whilst we appreciate that drinks are often overpriced across the board, this wine wasn’t even a good one.
Me alojé en una habitación con balcón y vistas al Duero. No se me ocurre mejor emplazamiento ni mejores vistas. Las fotos no le hacen justicia. Habitación muy espaciosa. El hotel transmite exclusividad y atención. Inmejorable en general.

The location was nice for a couple of days, but the crowds on the riverfront can be overwhelming after a couple of days.
I felt the property was well tended.
