Top Lage, besser und schöner in Porto geht fast nicht. Sehr schönes und gutes Restaurant und prima Frühstücksbuffet, (alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht). Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal, alles sehr schön gemacht. Kriegten ein Upgrade und wurden mit Portwein, Champagner und kleinen Leckereinen auf dem Zimmer verwöhnt. So fühlt man sich als Gast gewertschätzt.

Fabulous location. Beautiful big light bedroom with big French windows. Staff were super helpful and friendly and breakfast was superb!
It did get a little noisy in the evenings outside beside the river but we just shut the windows and turned the air con on!

Check in was great. Mostly everything was great.
The only negative was that when i went down to watch the World Cup match and was near the bar, etc. nobody ever asked if I needed anything. I guess I was expected to go up to the bar and request a drink but it would’ve been nice when they walked by (which they did) if they had asked if would like to order a drink. Otherwise, great.
Prime location. Lovely comfortable room. And exceptional staff. Lots of special touches. Great breakfast with the best view in Porto.

Great lively setting. You right in center of Porto. Easy access to other attractions. Pleasantly surprised that still quiet and peaceful stay. Helpful, attentive staff.
Be prepared to climb hills and potential lack of access to street pick-ups for taxis, etc.
There is so much to like about this hotel. Great location, right on the waterfront in Porto. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, breakfast buffet was full of all the delicious things you like and a nice bounus of bubble or port wine and great local cheese. Once you orientate yourself to the layout, the hotel is a number of old houses joined to make one hotel you will apprciate staying here is a great experience.
It's not that I didn't like it, it's just the hotel is located in a area where you cannot pull up and park your car. You have to stop at the top of the street and call the hotel to help you with your luggage. On a busy afternoon finding a spot to pull up can be challenging and in our case the phone went unanswered on our arrival, but with four of us we were able to manage bringing our luggage down the hill. When we departed the hotel staff were wonderful and helped with all our things and extra items we purched during our stay.

El personal muy atento y servicial. En especial el concierge fue muy bueno a nuestra llegado y con excelentes recomendaciones.
El desayuno bufete estuvo bueno pero podria mejorar la variedad de lo que ofrece.
El desayuno a la carta estuvo mejor!
