Lugar práctico para alojar en Aix en Provence
Pros:

La ubicación y la piscina . La habitación de buen tamaño , camas cómodas , tenía cocina y refrigerador muy práctico .

Cons:

No sabía que no hacían el aseo, tuvimos que pedir implementos para el baño , barrer , retirar basura , etc

The place could have been much better with a good manager.
Pros:

Good location, nice pool, convenient parking garage, ok breakfast

Cons:

Very bad communication especially with management. Just a couple of hours after I booked it and still 3 days ahead of my arrival, I found out about a work emergency that meant I had to leave 3 days earlier and I immediately requested from both Booking and the hotel directly to talk with management for a refund. Not only the manager refused to talk to me for 3 days before I arrived but also for 3 days after I was inside the hotel at the front desk, even when I was literally in front of her, she literally turned her back and walked away while I was asking to talk with her, refusing to even talk to me to just tell me that she does not want to refund me, that eventually the front desk told me the next day. The manager is not worthy of her tittle, by a long shot.

Comfortable, convenient, clean.
Pros:

The location is brilliant. Close to the centre but quiet. A modern, clean bathroom. The room is very compact and pleasant. The a/c was great. Kitchen facilities adequate. Convenient lift from the car park to the top floor. Would love to return one day.
Staff very pleasant.

La pulizia,,la gentilezza dello staff, ,la piscina,, la posizione del residence

Cons:

La distribuzione interna della camera. La colazione potrebbe essere più ricca e più varia (mancava del tutto la frutta). In piscina non funzionava la.doccia esterna.

Parfait pour un séjour prolongé !

TOUT !!
L’accueil formidable des réceptionnistes.
Excellent petit déjeuner avec jus d’orange frais et produits de qualités et face à la piscine.
Propreté de l’ensemble de l’hôtel.
Parking très pratique
En plus, nous avons été surclassé dans une suite, avec une très belle terrasse, c’était top.

Great location but not so great room
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great - a short walk into the old part of Antibes, and convenient for buses etc. The air con was very effective which was great during the heat we had! The bed was comfortable and you had all the amenities you needed in the room.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room didn’t look like the pictures at all. The toilet was in a cupboard just inside the door to the room, the room layout was completely different and didn’t make sense, you access the terrace through the bathroom (and have to leave that door open when on the terrace - which is not ideal for anyone wanting to use the bathroom!). The terrace was tiny and overlooked a building site. The towels were threadbare and smelt bad. The taps didn’t work properly. It’s was overall quite disappointing compared to the pictures, description and other people’s reviews - perhaps we were just unlucky with the room we had?

Ideale Unterkunft für eine Stadtbesichtigung
Pros:

Die Lage zum Zentrum von Aix war ideal, nur 10 Minuten bis zum Boulevard.
Bein Frühstück gab es nur eine Sorte Käse und dieser wurde auch auf Verlangen erst nachgelegt.
Die Parkgarage lag dierk unter dem Hotel. Kosten für 1 Tag akzeptabel
Der Swimmingpool, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben

Pros:

Достаточно просторная терраса, кофемашина, чайник. Есть гараж за доп.плату. Персонал приветливый.

Cons:

Номер очень маленький, душевой уголок крошечный. У меня нет проблем с весом, но боюсь, не каждый сможет в этом уголке помыться -- просто не поместится.
Есть кухонный уголок, но нет даже соли или пары капсул кофе на первое утро. На фотографиях номера выглядят больше и приятнее, чем на самом деле.

Mobilier pratique et parfait agencement du logement /Beaucoup de rangement/Literie confortable/ salle de bains spacieuse / piscine / moquette autour des lits/ personnel agréable/ situation idéale de l'établissement / Hall d'accueil chaleureux et fonctionnel avec guéridons pour grignoter distributeurs,micro ondes ,canapés..../ midi comme heure de départ de la chambre....

Cons:

Pas de séparation sur les terrasses entre les tables des chambres différentes/ plomberie un peu vetuste,mélangeur peu efficace/Bruit extérieur car immeuble en réfection à côté/bruit dans les couloirs.

Salteaua și pernele inconfortabile. Am stat 6 zile și prosoapele nu au fost schimbate. Gunoiul îl arunci singur. Curatenie se face după 8 zile…
