Déçus de notre expérience.
Pros:

Le stationnement intérieur à un coût abordable. L’hôtel est bien situé et près du cours Mirabeau.

Cons:

Les matelas étaient très très inconfortables et creusaient dans le centre. L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. Les serviettes de la salle de bain étaient de très mauvaises qualités. Aucune serviette supplémentaire pour utiliser la piscine. Le petit déjeuner trop cher pour la qualité de la prestation.

The key to a perfect stay/La clé d'un séjour parfait
Pros:

Excellent location, very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, fresh orange juice, café, croissant, pankace, eggs and so on. Location is great - not noisy and appr. 5 min. walk to La Rotonde and Cours Mirabeau.
Excellent emplacement, personnel très gentil et toujours prête à aider. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent : jus d'orange frais, café, croissants, crêpes, œufs, etc. L'emplacement est idéal : calme et à environ 5 minutes à pied de La Rotonde et du Cours Mirabeau.

Stay here when you’re in Aix!
Pros:

Very nice staff and a big room/ apartment. It is very close to the center of town but very quiet. Highly recommend.

Ruhige Straße, Parkplatz vorhanden, insgesamt ganz ok

Cons:

Es steht, dass es ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist, aber das hat mit der Realität wenig zu tun. Gefühlt ist es max. ein 3-Stern-Hotel. Es ist nicht schlecht, aber die Erwartung die man hat, wenn man so ein Hotel bucht wurde enttäuscht.

Zusätzlich ist das Preis-lLestungsverhältnis schlecht. Ähnliche Hotels gibt es um einiges billiger. Und Parkplatz kostet auch noch extra.

Zusätzlich hat das Zimmer schlecht gerochen (eine eigenartige Mischung aus Zwiebel und Chlor)

Pros:

-L'emplacement proche à pied du Cours Mirabeau
-le hall de réception avec les fauteuils
-le distributeur de boissons
-le grand balcon de notre appartement et le store pour protéger du soleil

Cons:

-l'accueil à la réception après 10 heures de route très impersonnel, juste le règlement du reste à payer
-l'absence d'informations lors de l'arrivée
-l'appartement pour 4 adultes trop petit
2 adultes et 2 enfants ce serait bien
-A notre arrivée seul le lit de la chambre était fait.
Le canapé lit n'était pas fait
La réception nous a expliqué qu'il aurait fallu le demander !
Nous venions à 4 adultes pourtant
- l'appartement est ancien, les portes fenêtres donnant sur le balcon s'ouvrent et se ferment avec grande difficulté
- la vaisselle pour 4 est très restreinte
-l'hôtel est peu identifiable de l'extérieur, peu éclairé le soir à l'extérieur
