Limpeza muito falha no quarto. A impressão que deu foi que não lavaram as roupas de cama. Tudo amassada. Tinha uma teia de aranha na janela que tem meses de fiação. Café da manhã marcado para as 06:30 só foi liberado as 7:00

Central location for touring Richmond
Pros:

Central location and a huge room were the positives. It had a gym but I did not have time to use it. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Although the breakfast was free, it was constant with other hotels, very average!
