Pros:

Both were great, breakfast and the location.

I didn't like when we complained about the air temperature the didn't take immediate action after it couldn't be repaired..

The man at the front was not nice. I ask him for the receipt after I checked out. He said you have to see with booking.com in impolite way. At least a smile

It was ok, but not up to par. It was better on previous visits.
Pros:

The location is great for conveniences, food, dinner, gas, etc. Its not too far from our destination. (Brewers Stadium). Plenty of other shopping nearby. Only moderate traffic in the neighborhood made our day less stressful.

Cons:

We have stayed here several times and love the location and typically the room. But the pull out bed our son had to use was a bit sketchy. The cushion on one side was totally worn out, and the bedding looked dirty. The blanket we pulled from the closet for him was also dirty. There also seemed to be a lot of garbage laying around outside the building.

Liked the large refrigerator & the kitchenette facilities. It was nice and quiet.

Cons:

The warming tray for breakfast was cold, flashing an E2 error code. Cold sausage patties and scrambled eggs.
