Given that it is Paris, good value for money
The hotel should resume laundry service - I needed to do laundry, and didn't have time to do this myself

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location with easy access to everything.
However, there were a few things I didn’t like. The room had carpeted floors, which didn’t feel very clean to me. The elevator and staircase were also quite narrow, making it a bit inconvenient.
The biggest disappointment was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work for 2 out of the 5 nights of my stay. The staff did their best to fix the issue, but unfortunately, because it happened over the weekend, there wasn’t much they could do until the following week.
Petit hôtel sans superflu. Chambre petite mais moderne et propre. Personnel avenant. Bien situé près des métro. Déjeuner complet. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Dans l’ensemble c’est convenable. Hôtel propre , équipements en bon état qui correspond aux descriptions , bonne situation géographique proche de la place d’Italie.
