Mehr Rücksicht auf Familien wäre gut. Bitte das Personal besser einschulen!

Das Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer waren sauber

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, da wir mit drei kleinen Kindern angereist sind. Trotz unserer ausdrücklichen Bitte erhielten wir die Zimmer auf zwei verschiedenen Stockwerken. Dies war für uns besonders mühsam, da wir mehrmals täglich mit Kindern und Gepäck zwischen den Etagen hin- und herlaufen mussten.
Zusätzlich waren die Zimmerkarten zunächst nur für jeweils ein Stockwerk gültig, sodass eine nachträgliche Anpassung notwendig war. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin wurde uns zwar eine Suite angeboten, allerdings hätten wir das zweite Zimmer trotzdem weiterbezahlen müssen. Da dies zu erheblichen Mehrkosten geführt hätte, mussten wir das Angebot ablehnen.
Besonders enttäuscht waren wir außerdem, dass das Personal an der Rezeption nur sehr eingeschränkt Deutsch spricht – obwohl wir uns in einem deutschsprachigen Land befinden.

Great location and hotel, AC restrictions in the summer
Pros:

Love the location and the hotel itself.

Cons:

Location has a maximum temperature restriction for the AC, they are misleading about it and tell you they are going to fix it but they don’t. Lowest temperature in the summer was 74F… I did jot expect that from an American chain

Flight cancelled, airline were supposed to send me booking confirmation but didn’t and Stejin, the legend sorted it.
Pros:

What a fabulous hotel. Stejin is an absolute legend, he went above and beyond to help me sort out my booking issue as quickly as possible, and what a gentleman too. Thank you Stejin and aslo the receptionist, Maisaui, (I think thats how you spell her name) she too was wonderful, an absolute credit to the Hilton for sure both of them. Kind regards. Highly recommended hotel when visiting Vienna
Pros:

A well located hotel that provides comfortable rooms and reasonable prices. The front of house and service teams are helpful and friendly. The location 100 meters from the City Airport train station and interchange of several metro, bus and tram lines is a major plus. It is borders a lovely park which is lovely for walking or jogging.
