La acercania del centro y el personal tanto en la bienvenida en recepcion pasando por el personal del buffet del desayuno un lujo encontrar al personal que hable el español y si no lo hablan hacen lo posible para informarte .

Merveilleux séjour de 4 nuits
Pros:

L’emplacement, à 25 minutes à pied du centre-ville, tout en étant dans un endroit très calme. Il y a de belles petites rues tout près avec des boutiques et de bons restos.
Les déjeuners sont extraordinaires, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Les lits sont confortables, c’est silencieux et il fait noir dans la chambre. Beaucoup d’espace dans la chambre pour mettre deux valises, ranger des vêtements, etc.

Everything about this beautiful boutique hotel was perfection..an absolute must stay here moment.
Pros:

This hotel was truly excellent …from location..transportation…comfort…exceptional staff ….particularly Stefan….who couldn’t be more helpful with anything you required….including getting tickets from transit to Opera…highly recommend…the breakfast was outstanding as well. If going to Vienna an absolute must would absolutely stay there again.

Excellent stay.
Pros:

The bedroom was very comfortable. The lounges and breakfast room excellent. The staff were exceptional.

Cons:

The shower in the bath was very small and dangerous to get in and out for us. Also it was too short for my husband who is tall. Would have preferred a walk in shower.
