Staff very helpful helping us plan our days. Room great. Breakfast was first clsss. Lots of local restaurants nearby.
We liked it very much, the environment, facilites, the breakfast and the People, that received us in the reception, specially Stefan, and the people serving the breakfast specially the young giro and boya always with a smile. We enjoyed our stay a lot but what was an unexpected surprise is the tea time that we enjoyed a lot

Such a charming place to stay when in Vienna. The staff is so attentive making sure that you have the best time (we got great recommendations and enjoyed our weekend trip).
Clean, proper and very quiet neighborhood. AC works perfectly. I will come back and stay here on my next occasion to Vienna. Not too far from subway.

I loved this hotel and it was a wonderful home base for my trip to Vienna. It is in a quiet, safe area. The staff is very helpful and speak English well. The little touches like the cake and tea in the afternoon are very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The beds were fantastic with down comforters, although it is a renovated building so be careful stepping from the bathroom to the bedroom. The breakfast people were very attentive and Bettina at the front desk was very helpful in helping us print our tickets for the train when departing the hotel. All in all I highly recommend this hotel.
Hotel was convenient to the city centre and rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if back in Vienna.
Buffet area for breakfast is too small and was rather crowded at times. Also we chose to eat breakfast outside 3 of the 4 mornings we were there and service outside wasn't great however on the last morning we ate indoors and the service was fantastic.

Nice modern hotel near city centre of Vienna. "Ring" is two tram stops from the hotel. Great breakfast with all you can need. Room was nice, clean and big enough. For sure, I can recommend for all visitors of the city.
