Categories

Cleanliness
9.6
Repeatedly praised across reviews as very clean or spotless (e.g., 'very clean', 'ideal cleanliness', 'Everything was very clean').
Service
9.4
Staff frequently described as very friendly, helpful and attentive (multiple mentions at reception and specific praise for an employee). One report noted a problematic organisation between hotel and Booking which slightly tempers a perfect score.
Location
9.4
Location called excellent and convenient for exploring Vienna; quiet neighbourhood and near public transport (some guests noted a ~10 minute walk to certain attractions).
Room Quality
8.7
Rooms generally comfortable and well-equipped, but a few negatives: some guests found rooms smaller than expected, towels small, and some prefer a shower instead of a bathtub.
Amenities
9.4
Good on-site amenities highlighted (well-stocked minibar, coffee/tea bar, afternoon tea/lounge) and considered a strong point by multiple guests.
Value for Money
9.3
Standard quality for this hotel tier
Food and Beverage
9.6
Breakfast repeatedly described as superb, delicious and varied (mentions of continental selection, prosecco at breakfast, good quality produce); a few minor comments about egg options.
Overall Experience
9
Overall stays described as lovely/wonderful and recommended by many guests; a small number of operational or minor comfort issues slightly lower the aggregate overall score.

Hotel was great
Pros:

The hotel was great. Breakfast delicious.

Cons:

Our only issue was that it wasn't super convenient to public transit. Most trips to the old town required a ten-minute walk or more. But that's not the hotel's fault. Just something to consider. Also, quite noisy at 5 am on garbage day.

Kolejny udany pobyt w C.K Wiedniu! :)
Pros:

No i prosecco do śniadania! ;)
W promieniu do 10 min spacerem sporo przyjemnych barów i restauracji. Super!
