Great position, extremely helpful staff. Lido has a more relaxed vibe.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great position opposite the ferry terminal. The staff went above and beyond in everything we asked them. They even made up a breakfast box for us on the day we checked out.

A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Conveniently situated opposite the water taxi stop and round the corner from shops and restaurants.
Spotlessly clean, toiletries provided, room was refreshed every day.
The staff were friendly and helpful and did what they could to help my friend locate lost luggage.

Cons:

The room was a little cramped due to the layout. Only just enough room to squeeze between the bed and the drawer/fridge unit.

Très déçus de cet hôtel ! la chambre plutôt spacieuse mais sous les combles qui en soit n'est pas une gène si vous avez accès aux fenêtres pour ouvrir et ramener de l'air frais, obligé de grimper sur le lit pour ouvrir les velux. Une fois ouvert, vous avez le bruit de la rue et des ferrys qui vous amènent à Venise. Une odeur d'égout ou tout simplement de saleté dans la salle de bain qui se répandait dans toute la chambre, en permanence. Malgré les courants d'air que j'essayais de mettre en place dans la chambre, l'odeur persistait et la chaleur également alors que la température extérieur était plutôt fraîche. Couvre-lit, canapé et pouf d'une couleur jaune terne et de surcroit sale ! L'hôtel dans son ensemble faisait malpropre et pour couronner le tout mon mari s'est retrouvé avec des morsures de punaises de lit 2 jours après notre séjour dans cet hôtel !!! Stress et panique pour nous, nous avions peur d'avoir infesté nos affaires personnelles des fameuses punaises !!! Heureusement pour nous ce ne fut pas le cas sans doute sauvé de la courte durée dans les lieux.
Le personnel de l'hôtel jouait la comédie du respect du client mais sans aucune conviction, on sentait ce côté forcé et nullement sincère… Sur les 4 hôtels fréquentés lors de notre séjour de 15nuits en Italie, cet hôtel s'est avéré être la pire expérience et c'est celui qui était le plus cher !!!

Гостиница находится напротив остановки вапоретто, очень удобное расположение. На рецепшене нас встретила очаровательная девушка, которая нам всё рассказала, ответила на все вопросы и была очень любезна. Номер небольшой, но так как мы не собирались сидеть в номере, то нас вполне всё устроило. В номере было всё необходимое. Завтрак был, но не очень разнообразный.

Cons:

Раздвигающаяся дверь в душ была очень узкой и заходить в душ приходилось боком.
