The reception lady was very nice and helpful
The toilet does not have a bidet. The wash basin was in the bedroom
Quarto bom. Cama confortável, quarto limpo, com ar condicionado, frigobar e tv. O senhor que nos atendeu no check-in foi super atencioso. Ótima localização, em frente à estação principal e com vários bares e restaurantes nos arredores.
O chuveiro e o box eram ruins, molhava tudo ao tomar banho e a água não saía muito bem. O elevador de acesso era precário, dava medo de entrar. A estrutura do hotel era antiga e os corredores um tanto escuros.

Location was fantastic! Super close to the train station and walking distance to all the sights!! Room was clean, staff was friendly and gave great recommendations! I am a female and was by myself and felt safe even in the evenings!
The mini-split gave out a musty smell as it ran. It didn't bother me enough to say anything, I was only in the room to sleep and shower. Wish I would have had a candle tho 😁.

On the bright side: excellent location, very close to Roma Termini. New TV - I could watch something before going to sleep. Staff was very nice. My bed was rather comfy. That was an economy stay, when you want to keep the price as low as possible.
If you are travelling without kids and plan only to sleep in this hotel, you should be fine. I think you should not stay in this hotel with kids, or if you have any allergies, asthma, lung problems etc. There was a lot of black mold in the bathroom. I could sense quite intense and unpleasant scent of humidity or mold itself. I could not get rid of this smell because opening the window let all the smell from the restaurants' kitchens below. There was no curtain between the toilet and the shower itself so taking a shower meant every time that the whole toilet was also completely wet, no matter how cautios I was. I believe that some improvements could and should be made at very low cost, for example leaving a squeegee in every bathroom, so guest could remove water from the bathroom floor (it was slippery) and the bathroom walls. The builing clearly has some ventilation issues which is not suprising in Rome, but in that case the staff should try their best to remove all black mold all the time and to maintain AC in perfect condition, I mean regular deep cleaning, replacing filters etc. Maybe an electric kettle should be available 24/7 in the reception, to improve comfort of the guests? I was to shy to ask for it.
Buena atención, el personal muy atento y amable. Habitaciones limpias y prolijas. Nos dejaron dejar nuestras maletas hasta el check in al ingresar. Excelente ubicación cerca de la terminal y se llega a todos lados caminando.
Si bien la recepción y habitaciones estaban limpias, el ingreso al edificio muy sucio y deteriorado. Mucha basura al ingreso del edificio. Nos cobraron 20€ de impuestos en lugar (a tener en cuenta)

La habitación no se parece a las fotos, cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta q las fotos están mejoradas o retocadas...
I like the close proximity to Roma Termini. The hotel room was simple but clean. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. I will highly recommend.
