Pros:

Stanza pulita, comoda. Ottima posizione per raggiungere l'Ospedale Gemelli, in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla ed accogliente.

Cons:

Non funzionava bene la doccia, difficoltà a regolare l'acqua fredda/calda e getto insufficiente. Comunicato allo staff.

Cons:

La strittura e datata e la manutenxzone della struttura è trascurata: moquette macchiata e porte delle camere rovinate. L'aria condizionata e quindi la temperatura non è regolabile dalla stanza occorre chiedere alla reception di spegnere o accendere (la temperatura è comunque non variabile)

Struttura buona, personale cortese, posizione tranquilla e pulita ma non comoda per i mezzi pubblici.

Il personale alla reception era gentile e molto disponibile

Cons:

Il personale dedicato alla colazione piuttosto stressato e non molto cordiale. Non grande varietà per la colazione, i dolci parevano confezionati e non artigianali.
L’aspetto più critico i collegamenti: mezzi pubblici molto scomodi, non raggiungibili con facilità. Per cui si doveva di necessità ricorrere al taxi, con grande dispendio economico e di tempo (anche con 3 app personali e 3 della reception lunghe attese per avere un taxi).

Non mi è piaciuto assolutamente nulla. Stanze squallide. Non è un albergo a 4 stelle… forse 3

Cons:

Migliorerei innanzitutto la colazione, l’arredamento delle camere e soprattutto toglierei la moquette. La doccia del bagno aveva le ante di chiusura in plastica con tutta la muffa!

Praticamente perfetto!
Pros:

Stanza ampia e comoda, pulizia eccelsa, colazione ottima e varia e cena al ristorante dell'hotel impeccabile. Il garage coperto e protetto da cancello elettrico impagabile. Grazie allo staff, di una cortesia ed efficienza come pochi. Se dovessimo tornare in zona saremo volentieri vostri ospiti
