Pros:

El personal de restaurante fueron muy amables. Tanto el desayuno como la cena son de muy buena calidad. La zona de piscina interior y jacuzzi están muy bien.

Cons:

El garaje es muy estrecho, pero si vas con calma se puede entrar y salir sin problema.

Calidad humana genial pero instalaciones a mejorar

La atencion del personal ha sido maravillosa asi como el desayuno buffet

Cons:

La habitacion la television no estaba ni frente a la cama, ademas de que era pequeña y apenas tenia canales (y mucho menos netflix). La cama era dura y en mi caso tenia un protector de colchon de plastico que tuve que quitar porque ademas del ruido daba un calor increible.

Quin panorama!
Pros:

La ubicació, a tocar del carrer comercial.

Cons:

• L'habitació donava a la carretera i s'escoltaven perfectament tots els cotxes i motos que passaven pel davant. Per la nit també és una carretera molt freqüentada. Impossible dormir.
• El llit és dur com una pedra i la dutxa una trampa, has de vigilar molt de no caure.
• A la recepció et guarden la maleta, però sense cap tipus de seguretat, la posen a una habitació que hi pot entrar tothom i sense identificar.
• Té un petit bar. A part de ser bastant borde la persona que ens ha atès, portava guants però ho tocava tot. Donava igual que toqués diners, servís una cervesa o toqués menjar.
• La part de la terrassa, spa i gimnàs està molt poc cuidat. Una llàstima que a la nit no es pugui pujar a prendre una cervesa, mentre es veuen les estrelles.

Parking muy estrecho. El hotel es correcto, pero es un 4 estrellas de los 90. Ahora ya necesita una renovación. Está muy bien ubicado, habitaciones grandes, la zona de piscina y terraza se podría aprovechar mejor. Pero hemos estado bien

Séjour à Andorre
Pros:

Hotel très bien placé à Andorre. Le centre-ville est facilement accessible à pieds. Le personnel est très accueillant et la chambre était très propre. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et complet.

La actitud del monitor y dueño del gimnasio dejó bastante que desear, haciendo sentir a la gente hospedada en el hotel (y que quería entrar en el gimnasio) como indeseados o que molestaban ya que es un gimnasio al que puede entrar todo el mundo de Andorra pagando su cuota mensual y, por tanto, según él “el espacio que ocupaban los clientes del hotel se lo quitaban a sus clientes externos”. Y yo digo, ¿si pago un hotel con gimnasio tendré el mismo derecho de ir que el resto, no? Y sino que se las apañe con el hotel de otra forma

Friendly staff

Dinner buffet for a really cheap price of 20€/pers.

Great swimmingpool and jacuzzi

Cons:

The parking is not easy to reach, narrow corridors and small parkingplaces. The parkingprice is high if you compare to other accomodations in other countries. (Still cheap for Andorra if I hear the staff).

The sauna was dissapointing. We are used to go to sauna's, but this was just a hot room behind a window. Not a real sauna experience.
