Pros:

Breakfast was so nice as lots choices each morning. Room breakfast location excellent had a great stay once again looking forward to our next trip in May 2027.

Cons:

Not really shore as value for money don’t have any complaints, over all place was really nice to stay at.

Great value for money
Pros:

Amazing value for money and the staff were absolutely adorable. Shout out to Rusmini and all the night staff as well as morning breakfast and pool staff. Massage place also soooo amazing and great value for money also.

Cons:

Nothing much although a hand towel in bathroom would be handy. I also think you should sell stubby holders as a momento.

Liked the pool bar and music and happy hour.

Cons:

Dishonest with my bill trying to make me pay for someone else's laundry bill and drinks. Won't let you check in earlier than 2 pm. No ice for breakfast drinks hot.

We checked out 6 days early and found alternate place to stay found alternate accomodation
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful
The breakfast buffet was pretty good

Cons:

The rooms are pretty shabby and need a facelift
The pool bar area needs modernising and better cleaning and facilities the pool water was always cloudy
The shower and towels etc weren’t very good
