Heidelberg und eine Unterbringung im NH Collection Hotel sind eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Eine gelungene Kombination den historischen Bau der alten Brauerei in ein modernes Hotel architektonisch zu integrieren. Gratulation !
Komfort, Sauberkeit und Service des Personals verdienen eine Bestnote. Die Hotelgarage ist ein weiteres Plus.

Pros:

Le parking très pratique, le lobby agréable et lumineux, la chambre correcte lumineuse, l’emplacement avec des restaurants très proches.

Cons:

Le service au petit déjeuner a été très long pour 2 omelettes 45minutes d’attente, il faudrait juste réorganiser les tickets de préparation dans la cuisine par ordre d’arrivée. Le parking est assez cher.

Stilvolles Hotel mit guter Preis/Leistung in guter Lage.
Pros:

Stilvolles Hotel, tolles Frühstück auch für Vegies, tolles freundliches Personal, gute Lage. Die Zimmer sind freundlich, hell und sehr sauber. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut. Wir kommen Gerne wieder.

Charme com simplicidade
Pros:

Hotel com uma decoração de muito bom gosto . O edificio era uma antiga fábrica de cerveja e a recuperação para o Hotel está muito bem conseguida. Quartos espaçosos. Máquina de café de pastilhas.
Oferta de 2 bebidas no bar.
Bom pequeno almoço.

Nada a assinalar.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Die Lage bis zur Altstadt war mit einem kleinen 10-15 minütigen Spaziergang verbunden, für uns vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Pros:

Team! Vom Hoteldirektor, der den Empfang im Frühstückraum wegen eines Krankheitsausfalls übernahm, über alle Menschen im Service, der Barmann, der auch in der Lobby bedient hätte, obwohl dies nicht zu seinem Arbeitsbereich gehörte, aber meinte er könne sich das einrichten, über alle an der Rezeption bis zu den Reinigungskräften. Nie gesehenes freundliches, gutgelauntes Engagement.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage, ruhig, Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen, gutes Frühstück. Ideal für Städtetrip. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit hat uns nicht überzeugt, Staub an den Fensterrahmen und unterm Bett.
Abgerissene Gardinenhaken, die auch optisch nicht schön sind.

Für uns war reise sehr schön das Hotel war sehr schön ruhig und die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend

Sehr gut reichliche Auswahl wenn es etwas fehlte wurde es sofort aufgefüllt

Cons:

Das Besucher des Hotels heimlich Lebensmittel vom Frühstück im Rucksack oder Tasche versteckt haben um die mitzunehmen.

Check In und Personal waren sehr freundlich und kinderfreundlich
Lage war gut, Haltestellen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Zimmer sehr schön ausgestattet und großzügig, Kaffeemaschine vorhanden
Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und lecker, bis 5 Jahre kinder kostenlos
Bar gut, Preise dort recht hoch
