Wie immer war das ganze Personal super lieb, von Rezeption bis Zimmerreinigung!!!

Muy buen hotel para una visita a Heidelberg con buen parking privado debajo del hotel
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, Estefanía (compatriota nuestra) y sus colegas nos recibieron con una atención de bienvenida en las 2 habitaciones. ¡Nos sentimos como en casa al hablar español! El desayuno esta bien, se pueden solicitar algunos platos aparte de lo que esta en el buffet, como omelettes y tostada francesa entre otras cosas. Nunca nos falto lugar, lo cual es un punto a favor.
El lobby del hotel es muy lindo, la suite es amplia y con dormitorio separado con puerta, detalle que en mi caso valoro mucho.

Cons:

El control del aire acondicionado es muy complicado poder seleccionar una temperatura ya que no tiene escala grafica ni display, considero que cambiando el tipo de control lo pueden resolver.

Great hotel. Too far to walk to the centre.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, clean, spacious, comfortable.

Cons:

Quite far from the main centre. The breakfast staff wouldn’t stop trying to clear the plates. Having the repeatedly say no was irritating.

Aangenaam.
Pros:

Prima en uitgebreid ontbijt. De locatie vlakbij het centrum en toch voldoende rustig.

Cons:

De matras was te hard. Eeen topper was gelukkig mogelijk, maar daar moesten we wel om vragen.

Pros:

V zásadě není moc vytknout. Hotel je moc pěkně vyřešený a kombinuje historický pivovar s novostavbou s krásným atriem. Moc příjemný personál, možnost parkování v garážích a v docházkové vzdálenosti od centra. Pokoj byl prostorný a moderní, ocenil jsem kávovar na pokoji. Snídaně opravdu skvělé s bohatým výběrem. Pro pobyt v Heidelbergu tady neuděláte chybu.

Pros:

Breakfast was so nice as I expected, the staffs are all nice and helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel to the travelers, tourists, business people.
I liked the mood as well. It is a bit pity that I couldn't use spa, but it might be also good I believe.

Cons:

Ventilation service would be needed, if possible.
