Very impressed with the hotel. Felt safe and everyone was friendly/helpful and the rooms were clean. Would love to stay here again for another trip back to Cleveland.
The most beautiful hotel with big comfortable rooms and a wonderful 1890 restaurant. Love the history! Just a gorgeous period Victorian hotel! Perfect location!
Location was great, room small and comfortable couch or chairs to accommodate 2 people would have been nice
It has the very best location in Downtown Cleveland, with valet service, so you can walk to E. 4th St. and the Rock Hall of Fame without issue. The cityview room has giant, bright windows, was very clean, and the super-high ceiling makes the space feel huge - unlike most hotel rooms that can feel like a cave. The staff was welcoming, kind and knowledgable. But most of all, walking into this property is like stepping back in time. The Victorian-era architecture is lavishly opulent and you can spend hours admiring this majestic arcade and its many deliberate design details. Highly recommend this property.
The amenities of the room were not as expected. The mini fridge did not get cold enough for other drink storage or food. There was no microwave available in the room which was unfortunate. There was not breakfast available with the hotel which was unfortunate. The room service was great. The bathroom was cleaned daily and new wash cloths were provided. I had left over feminine products on my bed and they were not there when I came back. I enjoyed the environment and the bed was comfortable, but the amenities could've been better.
We didn't get breakfast at the Hyatt during our stay. We came for my birthday and a boat ride in Cleveland and the staff made sure we had a great room with a view
I have no complaints
Un lieu magnifique, idéalement placé et un personnel très accueillant
The breakfast was very good. The arcade is a very unique building and very cool to see. We loved it.
Overall, I had a very good stay. The hotel was very clean, and the room was well maintained throughout my visit. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The property was quiet, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a clean, well-managed place with excellent customer service.
We had a lovely weekend in Cleveland at The Hyatt Regency Arcade for Madison and Kevin's wedding! It was awesome to see friends and family come together for this special occasion. The Hyatt did not disappoint! We had the rehearsal at Pizza 216 and it was the perfect setting for after the rehearsal, as friends and family started arriving.
The building and lobby are beautiful. The rooms needed updating years ago. Smoky, stained carpets, couches. No coffee maker. Not like Hyatt's I've stayed in elsewhere.
Very unique and historic, comfy beds
Very highly priced for what it was (no coffee keurig in room, turndown service was just a made bed, did not accommodate king bed and gave us 2 doubles) and we paid $400+ per night. I think the hotel had a wedding that increased prices….
Beautiful, historic place. Excellent location. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants. Big, clean room. Highly recommend.
Kelly was a rockstar trying to help with some issue
Location
Was not cleaned sufficiently
The building is absolutely beautiful and the only reason we chose this location to stay. Friendly staff and convenient location for exploring the city. Huge rooms with a sitting area and comfortable bed.
The air doesn't go below 74, I sleep hot and this was very inconvenient. The room was not the cleanest and for the price I would expect better. A straw was on the floor when we walked in, a dirty wash cloth was on the bathroom counter and the table by the couch clearly was not clean. The blanket on the bed had a pretty good size section that appeared to be cut out of it as well. The body wash in the shower was empty,we had our own so it wasn't a huge deal. We dont recommend staying and won't stay again, just stop in and see the building, its the best part.
