Raja — A Disrespectful Receptionist

I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff and the manager were very helpful, polite, and always willing to assist, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my checkout experience was disappointing because of a receptionist named Raja. During my refund process, I felt he tried to prevent the refund from being returned even after the situation had been clarified. I found his behavior rude and unprofessional, and it left a very negative impression at the end of my stay.
