bueno, péro en una zona desagradable.
Pros:

Un antiguo palacio, convertido en hotel, las habitaciones guardan muchos muebles antiguos en buen estado.
esta ubicado dentro de un espacio con tienda de souvenirs.

Cons:

la alberca estava vacia, el desayuno que estaba incluido en la habitacion, fue muy escaso, los huevos no podian traer jamon. tampoco habia pan dulce.

We could feel the historical importance of the Bissau Palace.
Pros:

The garden out side was very well manucured. Tress and flower were thoughtfully planted, .
The staff was very kind and helpfull.Great food, resonable prices which made it all the more tastier.
Plenty of parking in the SHADE!
Great history of the Bissau family. A family of nation builders.

Cons:

The pool had to be refurbished as it had sprung a leak in the tile floor. But such things do happen. My daughter missed the POOL terribly. We will come again to enjoy the pools

Beautiful heritage palace hotel with great charm and service, but in need of maintenance
Pros:

A beautiful traditional palace, thoughtfully redecorated to preserve its period charm. Our room was lovely, with traditional furnishings and fabrics that felt in keeping with the era, along with a stunning bathroom.

However, I do feel the cleanliness and general maintenance of the property let it down. The pool — which is a key selling feature — was not clean or clear, and the reception area needed a much better level of upkeep. As the first impression of the hotel, the front of house really sets the tone.

That said, I would still recommend staying here for its historical appeal, beautiful décor, and impressive antiques. The staff were also very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay.

Cleanliness and overall maintenance need improvement, which if addressed would make a significant difference to the overall experience.

Cet hotel est un bijou architectural ! Pour autant, il manque d entretien notamment dans les parties communes ainsi que la salle de bain. Les serveurs sont très professionnels et accueillants !

Cons:

Nous avons été très surprises d apprendre à notre arrivée la fermeture de la piscine ainsi que de la terrasse . Nous regrettons fortement que ces informations n ont pas été transmises en amont en sachant que notre choix s'était porté sur un ensemble de prestations compte tenu de la période dans laquelle nous avons séjourné (plus de 40 degrés)
Nous avons fait la remarque au réceptionniste qui a simplement fait un hochement de tête... et aucun geste commercial n'a été fait ou proposé... quel dommage .

Pekny staromodny hotel romantickom style. Velke izby, zariadene ako na zamku. Bezproblemove ubytovanie s funkcnym bazenom. Ubytovali by sme sa tu znovu.
