OTTIMA POSIZIONE IN CENTRO E CAMERA CONFORTEVOLE
Pros:

ottima posizione e camere confortevoli, letto comodo.
Camera molto pulita, buona colazione.

Cons:

Migliorerei la parte dolce della colazione un pò povera.
Aumenterei i prodotti bagno aggiungendo qualcosa in più rispetto al bagnoschiuma, considerato il costo della stanza.
un po' più di empatia alla reception

The cleanliness of the room and the helpfulness of the staff. The closeness to the market square was perfect also.

Cons:

There was no lift down to the breakfast room and as a guest with ambulatory restrictions I could not use the stairs very well.

Pros:

Todo!! Especialmente la ubicación, es fantástica. También la habitación cumplió con todas mis expectativas de comodidad. El desayuno excelente, muy variado. Recomendable 100%

Cons:

Todo bien. Solo una observación: La tina es un poco alta y no tiene bandas anti deslizantes o algún sistema que evite que uno se resbale, como somos de la tercera edad, eso nos complicó un poco. El dispositivo para agarrarse ayuda pero no lo suficiente.

A wonderfully interesting cultural weekend in a vibrant, friendly city with excellent nightlife.
Pros:

A perfect location, within the old town and close to all the main sites of interest.
The room was a good size, with a high ceiling, and the bed was very comfortable.
The breakfasts were wonderful - plenty of choice of hot and cold food.

Cons:

We had booked a day-long trip to the Salt Mines and Auschwitz but the company brought forward our pick-up time by an hour, meaning that there was no time for breakfast - and it was then too late to book a packed lunch. This was no fault of the hotel. As it turned out, there was plenty of time and no shortage of places for food and drink throughout the day. :)

Le tende non oscuravano abbastanza, già alle 5 del mattino la camera era illuminata dal sole, ma solo a me dava fastidio
