Great hotel, highly recommend
Pros:

Great location, bed was very comfortable, rooms were spacious and quiet, the shower was lovely, good wifi, staff were helpful, and we enjoyed the smart TV.

Cons:

Toilet brush was covered in poo when we arrived.

God frokost, god utsikt. Fine rom og god seng. Fint med aktivitetsrom nede i kjelleren. God seng og sengetøy. Fint med yaccuzzi, men må renholdes bedre.

Cons:

Lytt på rommet. Kunne høre alt som foregikk i gangen, trappa og delvis på andre rom i bygget.
Dårlig renhold i yaccuzzi. Hår og grums i vannet. Kunne godt hatt en bar for gjestene.
Kun en treg kaffemaskin, kunne godt hatt filterkaffe på kanne. Resepsjonen var ikke mye tilgjengelig.

Amazing hotel, Krakow is beautiful and everyone so friendly
Pros:

Great stay, lovely large rooms, great location and really helpful lovely staff. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice

Cons:

Shower water ran over the tray so made the bathroom floor wet, but manageable

Overall, my stay was decent mainly because the room was clean and looked similar to the photos provided. The hotel is also close to the city center, which is convenient. Also, the deposit refund was handled very quickly and professionally. I received the refund directly on the same day I checked out, without any delays or issues.

Cons:

Although the location is close to the center, personally I did not always feel that the area was the safest, especially at night.

However, the building itself is quite old, and this is noticeable especially in the doors and the general facilities. The doors are outdated and still use regular keys instead of key cards, which makes the hotel feel less modern. There is also no lift/elevator in the building, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. In the mornings, there was also quite a lot of noise coming from neighboring rooms because the doors slammed loudly and the walls did not block the sound very well. The breakfast was also quite poor and limited.
