Great location, nice and helpful staff, convenient check-in and check-out time, clean in general, the size of the room was very resonable for two people.

Great location for shopping, family friendly hotel
Pros:

This is a great hotel if you're in madrid to sight see and do some shopping. It is right off of the main drag with all of the notable shops. Our room with a king bed and fold out couch was excellent and beyond spacious for our family of four. with a microwave and fridge in the room it would have been convenient to have snacks and things. the breakfast buffet was excellent. the staff was attentive and friendly.

Como una pequeña celda en una cárcel. Limpia, eso sí.
Cons:

La habitación pésima. Pequeña, oscura, sin luz natural, con vistas a un patio interior mínimo y casi a ras de la escalera de incendios. Nada de intimidad, todo el rato con las cortinas cerradas.
