Pros:

Good value hotel in portrush
Pros:

Staff where friendly and the lunch in the bar was fabulous. Chicken burger was out of this world.

Cons:

Rooms are showing there ages , could do with update .
We was on top floor and couldn't open windows fully for the view and to let some fresh air in ...couldn't turn the heater off in room so room was warm ....

Pros:

A very welcoming check in. Room was decorated nicely and very clean and comfortable. Lovely location. The bar/restaurant area was great and nice atmosphere. The live music was very good and volume at a nice level. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

A couple of the upstairs, ladies toilets for the bar were not flushing properly/blocked which meant only one cubicle was able to be used. But the bathroom area was clean and plenty of soap and toilet roll.

A very nice hotel in a location that was ideal for places we visited, e.g. The Giant's Causeway.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful

Cons:

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Would not reccomend
Pros:

The receptionist at checkout was plesent and the room was decorated nicely

Cons:

The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the pillows and duvet equally so, we didn't know they were feathers and my partner is allergic and had to try and sleep fully dressed.
We did not stay for the 2nd night we had booked, we had also prepaid for late checkout and were offered no form of refund for that, only offered an email address to make a complaint.
We were just done at that point and wanted to go home. We had also prebooked an "offer" for main course and a drink, it saved us £1.34. There also seemed to be a lack of coordination between the restaurant and reception and out meal was interrupted threevtimes to instruct us there was a permissions issue with our card detail we had left at reception, this could have been communicated with us when we were finished. We did not hang about for desert and decided to go elsewhere. Breakfast was OK but generally felt like the majority of staff didnt want to be bothered. There was some really lovley, plesant, helpful staff but a good few I felt we were an irritation towards. All in all it was a bit of a shambles.

Very basic room but a decent breakfast in the morning

The staff at check in were great, the breakfast was lovely

Cons:

The room is shabby now. It is a good few years from I last stayed here and it isn't the same standard any more. The mirror in the room was very dirty, the paintwork is needing a lot of attention. The adjoining room door was a pain due to next door trying to open it all of the time and it let the noise of next door filter through too loudly. I could hear word for word what they said until I turned on my TV. You could just ask for a different room to not have this issue. It was overall drab. For the price I would stay somewhere else which is a shame due to the location being fantastic.

Perfect location food was amazing
