The room vibe didn’t give clean, it had a light scent, although it looked fair.
Pros:

The fresh breakfast and location.

Cons:

The poor customer service representative during check in, she sat in the back and ignored the customers. Then when she did attempt to assist, she was too new to be working alone. Very low enthusiasm.
People sitting directly at the front door smoking EVERYTHING.

Pros:

Hallway smelled like marijuana and the front desk guy was extremely rude barely can understand what he was saying

Cons:

There was two small towels in the room and we had four people in there, and the guy was refusing to give us more clean towels

Check I no refrigerator in my room like advertising,then told me 3 day in a row they switch rooms are being me a refrigerator and blew me off each day I ask, housekeeping wouldn't even give me a rool of toilet paper said they didn't have any!!!!!!+

The room smelled, the bath tub was dirty and didn’t drain. Only received 1 towel. The bed was uncomfortable. The carpet was dirty. The elevator was old and made loud noises.

Let me start by saying I booked this hotel for 2 nights and due to the condition of the facility left the next morning and forfitted the cost of second night. The carpet in the room was very dirty, a stain right as you opened the door spoke volumes about the conditions at this hotel. The bed sheets did not fit and slipped off through the night chasing us too sleep on the plastic mattress protector. So after a poor nights sleep we thought we would eat breakfast and enjoy some pool time before joining our family for dinner. The breakfast room was not clean, the only choice for fruit was apples, the waffle batter was like water and the maker was crusted with grease and grime. The eggs were almost empty so we asked for fresh, the attendant microwaved some omelets ??? but failed to inform us they had hot peppers in them. We ended up with bagels and juice and headed for the pool that the previous evening had a sign closed for cleaning only to find it out of service . At

Pros:

Accessibility to the event we were in town for and the airport

Cons:

The bathroom shower was dirty and no towels when we checked in had to ask for towels when we needed new towels was told let me see if we have any then gave me hard time getting three towels (there were three of us staying) we were there 5 nights 6 days were told we would have room service on third day NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL AND THE EVENING/NIGHT STAFF WERE HORRIBLY RUDE!!!

Pros:

The carpets are stained . There was food and garbage under the bed . Bathroom was dirty . The pillows were the size of a small throw pillow . When we walked into the lobby there was never anyone at the front desk no matter what time of the day it was .

Cons:

Tub was disgusting, some of the products on the tub were used and or had something on it. The refrigerator wasn't cold. The ceramic in the tub was coming up and it looked like the tub was dirty. The carpet look dirty.
