Beautiful result wonderful location very very lovely staff. They just need to make sure that every room is up to scratch

Beautiful location, beautiful scenery, beautiful swimming Poole wonderful staff

Cons:

Our room was actually a little tired. The shower was broken which did get fixed. Our plug sockets were very loose in the wall. Our Aircon unit in the bedroom was very old and rattled and the Exoelair in the bathroom made a dreadful noise.

Amazing but needs work on the hotel side

The beach and nature, beach club, the pool, breakfasts were amazing.

Cons:

The rooms are very outdated, not like on the pictures at all. Upon check in we found a dirty towel with a mysterious stain. Bookings through reception are required to use the gym and spa, so in the end we didn’t even bother as we didn’t know exactly when we wanted to go. We just had the same size gym in Taormina and it didn’t require booking in advance.

A peaceful luxurious hotel for the start of our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived and our car was taken care of and we were informed of an upgrade to a private cabana. The reception staff (especially Chiara) were so helpful and welcoming and gave fantastic recommendations. Despite being there in the height of summer, the hotel never felt crowded - there was absolutely no trouble in ever getting a spot at the beach club or the pool. The decor was incredibly beautiful and the room and amenities were perfect! The walk to the old town was hot but manageable. I think there are taxis available but we didn’t need them :)

Amazing, memorable hotel!!!

The place is just beautiful, breathtaking views. The Selvaggia beach is something out of this world. 100% worth it!!!

Reception staff and the guy at Breakfast was amazing very professional friendly and efficient!

Cons:

The restaurant staff need a bit more training nobody knew what they were doing, we ordered a bottle of wine which they poured for somebody else, when we told them they gave us (in there words) complimentary glass of less expensive wine for compensation,
Wasn’t good enough for a hotel of that standard and it happened to others too! Also as it’s a little far out of town I think the menu choice for lunch and dinner needs to be more varied.
