A wonderful visit to a wonderful city. We felt very welcome.

Everything. Great location. Wonderful kind staff (Alessandro) and the 5pm Prosecco was a bonus.

Staff were so friendly & helpful. Location was excellent. Free coffee, soft drinks & treats all day. Happy Hour each evening was very generous & a lovely touch.

Cons:

Beds were a little hard & could do with one comfy chair in room but overall, this was minor.

Tornerei a soggiornare qui in qualsiasi momento, difficilmente si può fare di meglio.
Pros:

Un soggiorno davvero eccezionale! Ho visitato molti hotel, ma raramente ho trovato uno standard così alto. Già all’arrivo il servizio è impeccabile: l’auto viene parcheggiata per voi, e durante tutto il giorno sono disponibili gratuitamente snack e bevande, con tanto di Prosecco a partire dalle 17! Anche le biciclette si possono noleggiare gratuitamente. Le camere sono belle, pulite, spaziose e tranquille, e il personale è semplicemente top. La colazione è ricca e variegata, con perfino succo d’arancia fresco.

Cons:

L’unico piccolo neo: la temperatura della jacuzzi può essere regolata solo dal personale dell’hotel. Ma si tratta davvero di lamentarsi ad alto livello - nulla che rovini l’esperienza.

Lovely hotel in quiet, convenient location with outstanding staff & comfortable rooms
Pros:

It’s our home in Lucca! The staff are so friendly & gracious. Breakfast offers such a great buffet assortment. The room was very comfortable & most importantly the air conditioning was a great relief!
