Good hotel, great staff but quite pricey.
Pros:

Good size room. Good location. Great breakfast. Complimentary tea and coffee and Prosecco in evenings.

Cons:

The shower tray did not keep the water contained in the shower so the floor was flooded on a couple of occasions until we got used to pointing the shower head away and at the wall which did not provide the best showering experience.

Hotel Llaria is an excellent hotel within Lucca
Pros:

Hotel Llaria is an excellent hotel offering a great position within Lucca, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The access to some free food and drinks from 12.00noon to 7.00pm is a real bonus. The breakfast was good for European standards. Very clean and great housekeeping around the hotel.

Great location, comfortable rooms
Pros:

the location is great, but that they have parking amazing. I by chance met one of their employees when I got a bit lost, and he took me straight to the hotel. All the staff were very helpful and acommodating.

Cons:

my room was on the smaller side, but extremely quite, and comfortable.

My new favourite hotel
Pros:

The location is perfect , the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable . The breakfast was excellent and it was lovely to sit on the terrace with our breakfast.

Perfect in every way.
Pros:

Staff was especially delightful and attentive to our needs. They suggested an excellent restaurant for dinner. We were able to park onsite which was very helpful for luggage.

Excelente hotel, indico com confiança!
Pros:

Receptividade, limpeza, cama confortável, lençóis, toalhas de ótima qualidade. Banheiro muito bom e chuveiro ótimo! Café da manhã farto, com ótimas opções, produtos de qualidade e atendimento excelente.

Cons:

Apenas ficamos preocupados com o fato da saída da banheira para descer ao piso do banheiro estar sujeita a acidentes. O chão fica molhado e a banheira é alta, ocasionando risco de queda, principalmente para idosos.

Would recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Location and private parking. But make sure you get the hotel to park the car as it is extremely tight to manoeuvre. The free 5 o’clock Prosecco was also a nice touch

Great overall, shame about the noisy neighbour.
Pros:

Great location,modern room, lovely staff and fabulous breakfast.

Cons:

Room a bit noisy, we were in the annex and the door buzzer is loud and the doors bang when other residents come in at 3am! Impossible to make a quiet entrance.
