We really enjoyed the stay in a centrally located hotel
Pros:

Location of the hotel was considered central, just past the entrance to the walled city or town, and within easy walking distance of all facilities within the centre, and very close to the wall itself, meaning that the walk around the wall was easily accessible. The staff and breakfast were very good, and our Alejandro on reception was excellent. Parking facilities were good and on-site

Excellent location
Pros:

Hotel Ilaria is excellently located for all the sites of Lucca. The bedroom is a good size, with a comfortable king sized bed ( which could be converted into two singles). The bathroom is also a good size.

From noon to 5pm; beers, coke, juices, hot drinks and snacks are available while from 5pm to 7pm fizz is also available.

Great boutique hotel in terrific location with lovely staff.
Pros:

Great breakfast with great choice of foods. Lovely terrace if you prefer to eat outside. Very clean and we'll presented rooms. Great air con in the bedroom. The complimentary drinks and snacks were a terrific bonus. Prosecco and snacks at 5pm was very nice and offered an opportunity to meet and chat to other guests. The free bikes are also a great bonus. They are kept in excellent condition and easy to cycle around.

Pros:

朝食がおいしかったのと朝食ルームがきれいだった。テラスもありジャクジーもありました。ロケーションも便利で不便はなかったです。車の駐車もホテルにあるのでとても助かりました。17時以降にバーで無料のアペリティフを提供していました。

Cons:

部屋は２階でちょっとがっかりしましたが、他のお客は１階の人が多かったので、それよりはマシでした。バスルームの排水口から悪臭があり、部屋を入ると臭いがしとても残念でした。

Pros:

A very nice hotel and very convenient for city. A lovely touch was the complimentary snacks as this was a good way to meet other people staying at hotel. Would definitely recommend to our friends

A great hotel in a fantastic location. Beautiful breakfast and the free bikes are great for seeing the city. Staff were lovely breakfast lovely every morning

We were in the annex. I feel outside the annex could be improved for guests to sit out and u feel a bit out of the hotel. But overall good if u have a larger party
