We had a fabulous 4 nights in Lucca. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Bit chilly in May for us to avail of the hot tub

La gentilezza della ragazza alla reception che ci ha dato consigli sui locali e di tutto lo staff in generale, le bici gratis, il parcheggio interno, la decorazione della camera, la colazione eccezionale

muy bien localizado, se camina toda la ciudad sin problema, un cuarto amplio y cómodo. el desayuno es bueno sin ser maravilloso , el personal super especialmente Ilaria en la recepción, super amable nos ayudó mucho

no me gusta dormir con luz y tienen el control del aire y una luz verde de algún tipo de alarma qué molestan bastante

Nice hotel with parking in an excellent location
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was easy to find and had on site parking. The room was newly refurbished, clean and quiet.

Super emplacement pour visiter Lucques, literie très confortable, chien accepté, parking sur place (le voiturier a rangé notre voiture dans le parking et on a pu la laisser un peu plus longtemps après notre checkout pour revisiter encore la ville !)

Schönes Stadthotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels an der Porta Elisa/Stadtmauer ist perfekt, zu Fuß ist man ruckzuck überall im alten Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber zweckmäßig, mit 2 großen Koffern würde es eng, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, der Frühstücksraum eher ungemütlich aber man kann bei schönem Wetter raus auf die Terrasse, die Lage ist extrem ruhig, hintenraus ist ein großes Gartengrundstück und man hört außer Vogelgezwitscher nichts. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt am Haus, inkl 2 Fahrer, die die Autos hin- und herparkieren....., das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich

Cons:

da man die Zimmer nicht einfach vergrößern kann, würde ich sagen - alles in Ordnung -
