Cons:

Parking was very limited. Saw 2 additional charges made and I know the room was in same condition as we received it. $250 room turned into over $350 room.

Cons:

It’s a bit dated and the amenities and breakfast are sub-par. We were excessively overcharged due to graduation (even though booked a year before.)

Entirely decent for Syracuse parents!
Pros:

It was a decent hotel! Move and close to town and clean and lots of room - the room we got had a little living room - very nice

Cons:

You can’t buy beer/wine- and the liquor store is not a short walk. would be a good add.

The location of the hotel was amazing!

Cons:

The staff who checked us in were super friendly and helpful. However the staff who checked us out didnt even speak so it made the check out very awkward

Pros:

Comfortable bed, quiet on the 11th floor. I also thought the staff were so accommodating.

Cons:

It was a little tired and could have done with some updating. This is just a minor issue though.

I didn’t like the limited onsite parking. The first night that I had to use street parking my vehicle was side swiped and the driver side mirror was broken.

Was not horrible, but I probably won’t be returning.
Pros:

Lobby was nice and staff was very communicative and kind

Cons:

Our bathroom mirror was dirty and there wasn’t much lighting throughout the room, parking situation was very slim and somewhat expensive for the price we had already paid for the room.

Pros:

Die Umgebung war sehr nett, viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Fenster, nachts wurden Auto-Rennen gefahren mit Polizei-Einsatz, wir konnten nicht schlafen, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Es war ein bisschen staubig im Zimmer.
