Lage und das Personal

Cons:

Viel zu laute Klimaanlage und sehr kleines Zimmer. . Bin jedes Jahr am Lido und hatte schon bessere Hotels zu günstigeren Preisen.

Pros:

Wir sind als zwei Freundinnen im Dopoelzimmer gereist. Das erste Zimmer war sehr klein. Auf Nachfrage haben wir umgehend ab der zweiten Nacht einen größeren Raum bekommen.
Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und grünen Seitenstraße, zum Anleger zu den Booten nach Venedig sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.
Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker.
Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Сподобався готель, повернулись би в нього ще не раз. Зручне розташування. Привітний персонал.
Pros:

Сніданок хороший европейський і завжди вчасно, якщо щось закінчувалось із фруктів або інших страв - одразу приносили. Не було відчуття шо ти прийшов зарано або запіздно на сніданок. Дуже привітний персонал.

Świetne doświadczenie w świetnym miejscu!
Pros:

Piękny kameralny hotel na 22 pokoje w pobliżu przystanku vaporetto, sklepów, restauracji. Nieskazitelnie czysto, wygodne łóżko, codzienne sprzątanie z wymianą ręczników, śniadania w godzinach 7:30-9:30 (może proste i niezbyt urozmaicone, ale zawsze świeże), bardzo spokojna okolica. Przemili i wyszkoleni pracownicy z klasą, jak w drogich hotelach. Recepcja działa od 6 do 23, zawsze miły kontakt

Cons:

Wybraliśmy najmniejszy pokój myśląc, że i tak będziemy cały czas zwiedzać, ale podróż przypadła na okres ciężkich upałów, więc wracaliśmy do hotelu również w ciągu dnia i troszkę tej przestrzeni zabrakło. Klimatyzacja nas ratowała, choć w nocy była dość hałaśliwa.

Bagni non conformi alle foto!

La posizione è ottima.

I bagni sono assolutamente da rivedere, non sono presentabili! Le foto presenti sul sito sono fuorvianti, il bagno che abbia trovato è molto datato, sporco, pieno di muffa, assolutamente da rivedere e rinfrescare. Quelli delle foto sono bagni nuovi e sembrano in marmo bianco, quello in camera era azzurro che le fughe della doccia piene di muffa verde e nera, i vetri della doccia sporchissimi e anche quelli con muffa. Abbiamo fatto la doccia con il terrore di poter toccare il muro. Appena entrati ci ha accolto un odore di terribile, dovuto alle tubature alla stoffa opulente e non rinfrescata da un po'. Abbiamo dovuto costantemente tenere le finestre aperte perché non si poteva respirare.

Great location. Clean rooms. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very nice. Comfy beds.

Our room was facing the main road and was quite noisy from early morning. No vent or aircondition in the bathroom so was very warm and humid.

Perfect location. Just few minutes walk to Vaporetto boats. 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. Very good breakfast. The room was tiny, but comfortable and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Thank you Yana and Lyudmila.

La gentilezza dello staff, la colazione variegata e abbondante con dolce e salato. La tranquillità della via. Il contesto elegante del quartiere del Lido. La vicinanza al Vaporetto di Lido SME. Il verde intorno.

Abbiamo avuto qualche problemino tecnico, ma sono stati gentili e solerti a risolverlo.
