Sehr freundliches Personal, super ruhige und schöne Gegend und geräumige Suite. Abends bekamen wir 2 alkoholische Getränke gratis, außerdem wurden kleine Snacks angeboten.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

The location is great as well as the staff.

Cons:

The elevator needs some speed and the beds could use new mattress and could be higher from the floor.
Also would feel safer if there were active/ live cameras on the guest floors

Pros:

Our family's go to whenever we are visiting the area.

Cons:

The bartender his name was Shawn he was very short with his answers when asked a question however, it only seemed he was that way with a "certain " demographic. Not rude however just acted as though he was flustered when we asked a simple question about a drink at the bar.

One elevator works good was nasty and greasy I was not told any thing about the room when paying and was double charged I made double bookings in the reference if I couldn’t get into my other booking to manage it so I made a mother to make sure we had a room for the night and I’m pretty sure I’ll be charged the third time for one night we also got to meeting vouchers when we had three ppl and was told nothing more we got to our event and had no money to even have a drink due to being charged fees and shit we wasn’t warned told about before we was charged another one fifty so the math don’t add up not happy won’t be coming back here

Awesome stay and the breakfast was good.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. Location was really good, near some restaurants and shopping mall within walking distance, however, it was too hot out.
The front desk employees were very helpful, polite and did a great job with smiles.

Cons:

Need better pillows. Too soft and worn.

It was a short getaway to celebrate a very special friend's birthday
Pros:

The Embassy Suites has a familiar design. I almost felt like I was in the Caribbean as I rode in the elevator. I love the construction design, from the seating in the center to the waterfall. That view as you travel up or down in the elevator is truly beautiful. I got there extremely late due to my flight being delayed several times. I want to say thank you to the lovely gentleman who greeted me as I entered and did everything in his power to save my specific room accommodations. Breakfast was made fresh in front of you to your liking. I ordered the vegetable omelet; it was delicious. Although the seating was set indoors, it had a luxury outdoor vibe.

Cons:

I didn't care for the window design outside each room that was set by the doorway. It did not add to the beauty of the property. Personally, I would have constructed the windows to view outside a bit larger. Also, I did not appreciate the carpeted floors.

Elegance for a understanding price
Pros:

The scenery was very beautiful and different. It made you feel elegant being there. The suite was big, clean, and the television said welcome Joanna. I thought that was so cute! I will definitely be visiting there more often when I visit Alpharetta.

Cons:

The television had some color issues as if the TV had been dropped in the past. But that was not a huge issue.
