Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage, toller Service
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig gelegen, 10-15 Minuten zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Ich fand es mehr als frech, dass am Tag des Checkouts auf der Schlussabrechnung pro Tag 96€ für den Service aufgeschlagen wurden. Für 4 Tage sind es pro Zimmer in der Luxuskategorie 400€. Es wurde betont, dass es nicht verpflichtend ist, aber es stand schon mal auf dem Vordruck. Wir haben es entfernen lassen, weil ein Hotel nicht einfach Trinkgelder auf eine Rechnung schreiben darf und hinterher erst fragt, ob es okay ist.

5* Luxury hotel in a great location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel situated next to the Borgese gardens and in a perfect location to walk to main attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff are so polite and helpful, and our room was spacious and spotless. Roof top bar is amazing and a must at sunset.

everything. the lobby, location and the view from our junior suite upgrade looking out into borghese gardens! gorgeous! bed comfy. bathroom divine! breakfast delicious!

Cons:

needed a dresser of drawers in the large roomy suite. two suitcase stands - as there was only hanging in the amour and it was not enough for my clothing at a glance.

The properties excellent and the facilities are also very good and it’s very well located

Pros:

Super nettes Personal und top Lage!

Cons:

Parken war sehr teuer mit 60€ die Nacht und das Frühstück war ok. Für Eierspeisen musst man extra bezahlen.

Hotel boutique precioso ubicado en la mejor zona de Roma
Pros:

El Splendide Royale es un hotel boutique muy elegante, con una decoración muy cuidada y bella. La habitación es bastante amplia comparada con hoteles ubicados en centros históricos de ciudades importantes. La cama es muy cómoda y en general la habitación muy linda. El restaurante Mirabelle es precioso, con la vista espectacular hacia la Basílica de San Pedro y toda Roma. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca de Piazza España y de las mejores calles comerciales de Roma.

Cons:

No hay nada que no me haya gustado, quizás solo mencionaría que el personal que atiende para hacer check in/out no es especialmente amable.
