Came the night before a conference, Refreshed and ready the following morning.
Pros:

Room was large and space to move about. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning helpful in the heat.

Great staff in a hotel that needs freshening up
Pros:

The staff I met were really helpful and personable.

Cons:

It needs refurbishment.
Old fashioned fixtures and plug points out of use.
Nowhere I could plug my phone in next to the bed.
In hot weather the aircon was in ineffectual – it was impossible to tell that it was on at all – and unfortunately the windows were all screwed shut. It was claustrophobic.
Although the breakfast was ordered and delivered individually, it felt as of the food had been cooked sometime before and kept hot. The scrambled eggs were quite dry and the black pudding was very thin and overcooked.

Everything was so good. Location, breakfast options and double room size and it was quite room. Always clean. Mini fromReceptionists were so helpful during my stay.

Stay was convenient for what we needed and apart from the fabulous Ana, fairly lack lustre!
Pros:

The front desk staff in particular Ana were lovely. She is a credit to the Burlington. 😘

Cons:

The breakfast was mediocre! When breakfast is included in the price for the room, I don’t think additional charges should apply for slightly alternative menu selections. ie. Eggs Royale or a flat white. Also the toast was burnt!
