Overall very satisfactory and ultra-convenient for our reason for visiting.
Pros:

The location is perfect for city centre rail travel.

Cons:

Lunch menu a little meat heavy and limited in choice. This meant we went elsewhere.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The ensuite room was a good size and in a very convenient location, close to Birmingham New Street station.

Great location. spacious room.
Pros:

Rooms are very spacious. Bath and shower seperate. Lots of room. Location is great for communting. 2 min walk from New Street Station.

The staff, the food and the overall environs.

Cons:

The kettle had remnants of egg in it where a guest had used it presumably to cook inside. I did not wish to use it so I had to go down early for breakfast to have coffee.

The staff was just very friendly professional and just overall amazing
Pros:

Mostly the staff was amazing . And very central great hotel location . But mainly the a staff was just very professional prompted to help with anything ar same time given the space needed without being over bearing . Great staff . Believe they were both Portuguese decedent very very nice ladies

Central and very good sized rooms with the iron board and iron . Blow drier . Plenty of towels and sheets pillows . Very comfortable
