Great staff, very clean room and very good location.
The hotel is located 2 minutes away from Metro station which is connected to every interest point in Milan.
Breakfast was also very great.

Abbiamo prenotato per una notte soltanto. All'arrivo ci hanno comunicato di averci assegnato una camera superiore, fantastico! Hanno anche un bar interno alla struttura, dove all'arrivo servono un aperitivo di benvenuto. Lo staff è sicuramente all'altezza, tutti gentili e preparati. L'hotel è comodo alla metro (Turro) e quindi di può raggiungere comodamente il centro senza problemi. Camera pulitissima.

Hotel muito bem localizado, na mesma calçada do metrô. Local movimentado de dia e de noite, com vários locais para comer. Supermercado ao lado. Acomodação limpa, espaçosa, com ar condicionado, chaleira para fazer chá ou café, camas e lençóis muito confortáveis. Chuveiro com ótima temperatura e pressão. Atendimento excepcional, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã bem variado. Tudo muito bem organizado. Se precisar, eles disponibilizam serviço de lavanderia por custo adicional. Ganhamos um drink de cortesia.

Hotel je situován jen pár kroků od stanice metra a hned vedle hotelu je supermarket. Dostali jsme pokoj, který nebyl směřován na hlavní ulici, takže jsme měli opravdu klid. Snídaně byly výborné a personál hotelu byl velmi vstřícný (např. Angela a Simone). Welcome drink a později během pobytu těstoviny se vzkazem byly hezkým gestem. Celkově hodnotím náš pobyt velmi pozitivně.
V pokoji se více prášilo a sprchový kout také nebyl řešen úplně šťastně - pokud si člověk nedal pozor, tak měl vodu v koupelně, protože sprchový kout byl zasklen jen z části a byl ve stejné rovině jako podlaha.

The check-in was fast and smooth. The location is perfect because of the supermarket which it was really near to the hotel

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber, die Einrichtung schick. Die Lage war auch super, da das Hotel in 2 Minuten an einer Haltestelle liegt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden :)
Es gab einen Stromausfall und deshalb war die Dusche kalt. Aber, das Personal gab uns ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade. Am 2. Tag ging das warme Wasser auch wieder :)
