أتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير للسيد Mr. Simone، فقد كان متعاونًا للغاية وساعدني في دفع الفواتير، والحصول على موقف للسيارة، وكذلك في ترتيب تنظيف السيارة.
كما أسعدني كثيرًا أنهم قدموا لي هدية لطيفة تركوها في غرفة النوم مع رسالة ترحيبية، وكانت لفتة جميلة أقدّرها.
سعر الفندق ممتاز مقابل الخدمات المقدمة، والفطور متنوع ولذيذ، كما أن موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من كل ما أحتاجه.
أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق بكل ثقة، وسأعود إليه في زيارتي القادمة إلى ميلان.

I was also pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful gift and a welcome note waiting for me in my room. It was a wonderful gesture that made me feel truly welcomed.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, the breakfast is varied and delicious, and the location is perfect.

I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Milan.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff who received us were very welcoming specially ms sophia and mr angelo. They can speak spanish. It was a nice stay. Breakfast was also good.
