Rooms are poorly maintained, bathroom dirty,most of the office staff was unfriendly and had to demand what I was asking for. It took 5 different rooms to get one acceptable for my family. I will never stay at the place again.

The location was convenient

Cons:

The light in a restroom didn't work. After contacting the front desk was told, maintenance was not around till the morning and there was nothing they could do. The front doors stopped working to the hotel at 11pm. We were not able to get into the hotel when we returned, we had to wait for someone coming out to open the door to let us in
There was no one at front desk. Unable to get a hold of anyone to let us in. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. The hotel is very run down broken power outlets in room and AC didn't work.

Good place to spend one night.

It was a great place to stay to walk to an event at Levi Stadium.

Cons:

The breakfast in the morning was not very good. They had very minimal variety of small muffins coffee and hot water.☹️

It was the only hotel room available when we booked, 9 months before our event. Location was good. Room was just ok.

Cons:

Furnishings are old and worn; recliner chair in the room was broken; there was NO coffee/tea etc in the room. The only coffee available was a small carafe in the lobby. A long way to go to get coffee. Coffee was only available in the morning with the few packaged snacks until 9:30 am. By 11:00 am the coffee carafes were gone completely. Unacceptable! Also elevator was acting up!!

Pros:

Staff was great, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room was broken down and shabby. The cabinets were broken, the shower stained the appliances looked like garage sale finds and all the fixtures were about 10 years past an update.

Bugs crawling up the walls encounter.
