The Front desk manager Loreal was so professional, great personality, goes above and beyond the call of duty, courteous, smile, excellent customer service skills, etc.

The stay was almost perfect except,my girl could get her own room key replaced if the key stopped working

Area,cleanliness,microwave,spacious,refrigerator,
plenty parking,stove to actually cook on

Cons:

The elevator was broken entire time . Had to room keys and out of 10 days the keys only worked 3 full days.The other 7 days,we had to keep walking up and down 3 flights of stairs at least twice after going up the stairs not being able to get in the room.They wouldn’t let my girl in the room when her key stopped working.

Critters made it an uncomfortable stay as did the non draining sink.
Pros:

The front desk lady was nice. The hotel was in a good area good close by. The room did have a kitchenette but with the roaches I did not bring any food in the room.

Cons:

I killed several roaches in the room so food in the room was a no go! Roach was flying around very unsanitary and nasty. The bathroom sink took about 15 minutes to drain after brushing teeth so that was fun!!!
