I thought I booked a room with the kitchenette no kitchen and I may be older but I got to the handicap room with a walk-in shower that fits in a wheelchair I'm not in the wheelchair and a porta potty and I don't need a porta potty but it was okay
It was a great location for us. The breakfast was hot and there was a variety. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Would stay here again. They upgraded us to a king room for free.
Staff was great. Super friendly and helpful. Especially the woman in housekeeping. Breakfast was decent.
The room was extremely run down. Including a non working refrigerator and doors that were peeling.
Pool isn’t fenced in so we encountered an unhoused person using it and urinating next to the pool. Not a great time.

The ac was nice and cold, the room was extremely clean, nice tvs, convenient futon couch, and a kitchen island bar with kitchen! I also liked the waffle maker they have for breakfest!
The beds were a little uncomfortable and the bathroom door in our room would not latch/lock which made the door always open. It also had a a funnky smell which we was able to take care of with some febreeze but the hall ways always stunk and the elevator. I also wasnt too fond of the breakfest options, just nothing tasted good other than the waffles!

Hotel smelled of mildew, including the room. Lots of plug in air fresheners not hiding it...just adding another bad smell. I have mold allergy and was completely congested after being in hotel for an hour. This cleared up a few hours after leaving ... definitely MOLD problem there . Vending machines not stocked..parking lot bad condition. Massive storage containers/ trucks right in front of hotel..
Spacious suite with kitchenette. Excellent shower. Breakfast that changes the hot-dish selection each day of the week. Very nice pool area with lots of lounge chairs, of which some are in the shade. Whole Foods market in the shopping mall across the street.
Lack of sidewalks to stroll to nearby cafes and shopping area. So-so coffee. No room service (towels, bed, etc.), even after we requested it after our 2nd night. Very thin toilet paper.
I don't eat breakfast.
Great location for the memorial service I went to.
I wasn't able to watch regular TV via Direct TV. All I could get to was either NBC News Daily or ABC News Daily.
Hair dryer was hard to find.
