Everything was wonderful: the cleanliness, the rooms, the breakfast, the staff, thr beach and the dinner restaurants.
We had a very lovely holiday except for: the elevators were very tiring—the long wait, the heat inside, and the long journey up and down to reach the floor we wanted.
Also, there were no clotheslines in the rooms, which was a problem when there was no balcony; our swimsuits stayed wet.

Nádherný, moderní, zářivý, zrekonstruovaný hotel na hlavní třídě, přímo u pláže 34. Příjemné světlé pokoje, klimatizace. Nadstandardní snídaně. Výborná restaurace přímo v hotelu - pod dohledem Michelinského kuchaře, za skvělé ceny a opravdu úžasný profesionální personál. Nové wellness - 3 hodiny denně v ceně pobytu, navštěvovali jsme každý den - sauny, bazén, jaccuzzi, infra sauny, zdarma v nabídce čaje, voda, oříšky, sušené ovoce a jablka, dokonalá relax zóna s výhledem na pláž. V okolí restaurace a obchody. Do Rimini cestujeme už 20 let defacto každý rok a vždy zkoušíme jiný hotel, toto byl nejlepší hotel, ve kterém jsme se kdy tady ubytovali. Děkujeme za skvělý check-in i check-out obsluze recepce, cítili jsme se vítáni a byli jsme velmi mile a profesionálně seznámeni se všemi detaily důležitými pro náš pobyt. Děkujeme také za milé chování příjemnému mladému muži, který nás každé ráno vítal na snídani.
Nějak vyřešit, jak sušit věci z pláže - ručníky, plavky - nelze to nikam pověsit a přes noc nám to většinou neuschlo.
Sempre ottima l’accoglienza, il personale è fantastico, hotel pulitissimo, colazione strepitosa e molto variegata. Posizione eccellente e magnifica la spa. Da quest’anno hanno anche ampliato la struttura con più ristoranti, torneremo per provarli tutti!
