Great option for a stay in Köln and particularly if you're going to the arena.
Pros:

We stayed for one night in order to attend a concert at the Lanxess arena. Perfect location, both for the arena and for transport into the city, although you can also walk to the city centre.
Good sized room, clean, comfortable and helpful staff.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.
