Cons:

Before bugs and customer service. I had to call the police. I am fighting for a full refund of 7 rooms for my Girl Scouts. Don't stay here. Department of heath needs to shut it down

Issues with property and rooms- front desk not helpful
Pros:

The hotel front staff were unhelpful, unkind and when a problem presented itself, refused to assist in any way.
The rooms had bedbugs in Several of the rooms and was REPORTED TO THE FRONT DESK.

Their solution? Here's some more sheets to the person reporting the bed bugs.

I asked for a refund and they told me I had to go through booking. So I did.

The workout room left a lot to be desired. The cardio equipment did not function properly. It was obviously not maintained properly and was there for show not for exercise.

The spacial concept of the suite was perfect for our stay, however, we were dismayed by the cleanliness (lack thereof!!) of our rooms. The floors were unswept/ un mopped (bathroom and kitchen); stains/ food on the walls/ floors (which explained the ants!); furniture and overall condition of the rooms were run-down/ outdated. Over-priced stay for the condition of the rooms!
