The breakfast was not well stocked when we got there
I booked 3 rooms and I had to cancel one room. I was promised a refund and never received it!
Good location
Bed was uncomfortable. Hallways were not kept
The pool, was nice but never any towels. The kitchenette was nice to have.
Definitely wasn’t clean(rooms) carpet in the hallways were dirty and smelly, floors in the room wasn’t cleaned. Ran out of towels in the whole hotel. 2 days.
The majority of staff were friendly especially the young gentleman on check in and the other young guy on check out and the young lady in the breakfast room.
No one cleaned our rooms in the 4 nights we stayed
We thought it was an oversight in the 1st day so we went to the desk Saturday evening and they made a note. No one came Sunday so we went back to the front desk Sunday evening. They took a note again.
Noone came to claim on Monday so we just gave up and checked out in Tuesday with the rooms not cleaned
Nice family rooms
Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Ample parking. Quiet. We appreciated the high ceiling of our spacious room. Short drive to Syracuse University, Dinosaur BBQ, and Pastabilities restaurant.
Location was the only thing I liked.
Parking was horrible. Nothing near the only entrance out front. The facility looked old. It was barely clean. Carpets in the corridors are filthy. The room was humid, damp in feel even thought the AC was working. Breakfast was always out of food every morning when I got there well early enough.

Bathroom was not very clean
Location
We have stayed there before, and we like the high ceilings and spacious rooms for families. Very good breakfast.
