Pros:

Location! Walking distance to Shin Okubo station and Donki shop in the same building is for the win!

Cons:

寝るだけなら安くていい
Pros:

見た目は可愛いしお部屋も安い
駅から近くドンキが近くにあるので立地はいい
お風呂が大きい

Cons:

全体的に汚いホコリが溜まっていたり水周りは水垢だったりカビっぽかったりした
壁も少しひび割れておりエアコンを消しても謎の音がずっと響いている

Pros:

駅が近いのとベットが気持ちよくて寝心地が良かったです
スタッフさんも対応が良く、また機会があれば泊まりに行きたいと思いました

Cons:

トイレットペーパーホルダーのネジが緩んで歪んでたのが気になりました

全体的には満足。
Pros:

値段の割に広く、バストイレ別なところが良かったです。1人の宿泊で広いベッドで寝れるのもとても良かったです。

Cons:

テレビのリモコンの付きが悪いことやテーブル側にコンセントがなくテーブル側の斜向かいにコンセントがあったり、謎にクローゼットの上にコンセントがあるのが不便さを感じました。

値段を考えると こんなものかなと思った
Pros:

周囲のホテルよりは 少し宿泊料金が安かった

Cons:

①風呂場に浴槽があるのは良かったが 椅子や洗面器がないのは いかがなものかと思った
②フロントは２階で 膝が痛い為 エレベーターか エスカレーターがあって欲しかった

Pros:

I like the location but the hotel has seen better days. The room was somewhat clean.

Cons:

The bathrooms and lobby had lots of mold. the rooms were dusty when the fan was blowing were coughed alot. There was also a weird odor in the hallway and lobby.
