Pros:

İki metro istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde olmasını çok sevdik. Ayrıca oda düşündüğümüzden çok daha genişti.

Cons:

Otel eski bir otel olduğu için banyo kapısı kapanmıyordu. Ayrıca yağmur yağdığı bir gün odamızın içi yağmur suyuyla dolmuştu, bavulum pencerenin önünde açık bir şekilde durduğu için elbiselerimin çoğu ıslanmıştı. Otel asansörlü ama lobiye çıkmak için merdiven var bu yüzden koca valizlerimizi biz taşıdık merdivenden

Pros:

Spacious rooms, short distance from Shin-Okubo Station, has a Donki on the first floor, very close to restaurants, friendly staff. The staff was also willing to accept packages and luggages ahead of time.

Cons:

The rooms are starting to show their age. Walls, carpet, and decor (cabinets, shower heads) are worn down. Having a physical key instead of a keycard can get very inconvenient, especially when you have to turn it in and pick it up whenever you leave and enter the hotel. Light switches are in an inconvenient spot (near the bed). Lights in bathroom are very dim. Bed springs can be felt in certain spots. It's a good place in a good location, but needs some renovations here and there.

I would never stay here again.

The location was good.

Cons:

The rooms were very dirty, and the building itself is outdated. The carpets on the floor were filthy and had a terrible odor. The curtains also smelled disgusting. The air conditioning and ventilation system had clearly not been cleaned, which triggered my allergies. Furthermore, the bathtub in the bathroom was covered in limescale, rust, and dirt.

Был не сильный запах сырости в номере. Все остальное на твердую четыре, а за эти деньги на пять

Pros:

La situation géographique est correcte, à côté de deux lignes JR pour se déplacer facilement.

Cons:

La chambre était insalubre, avec des moisissures au plafond et sur les murs, une forte odeur désagréable et un manque évident d’entretien. La salle de bain était également sale, notamment avec énormément de calcaire. Les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas, il y a énormément d’humidité dans la chambre malgré la ventilation. La wifi ne fonctionne pas correctement. Les machines à laver / sèche-linge sont payants. Une seule prise électrique au niveau du lit.

Ok place for the price
Pros:

The room was spacious, as well as the bathroom. Location was close enough to the train station and a lot of shops and restaurants.

The whole place is outdated. Just the fact that I had to leave the key at reception every time I would leave was a pain

Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel for the price, you really can't complain. The room is very spacious, and there are shops right in front of the hotel, as well as the train station.
The staff are also very friendly :)

Cons:

nothing everthing was perfect for me :)
