Clean friendly no problems
Parking was
The bed we’re comfortable and staff kind
The bathroom was filthy we had to clean the bathroom. It had hair in the sink and floor
location
nothing
Room service for breakfast was great. Coffee didn’t come with milk and oatmeal was missing almonds. Coffee was ok. Downstairs was great and room comfortable. Elevators were a problem with so many people and 2 being out of service. Took almost 20 minutes to go down. Great location. Would stay again.

The location was good
After paying so much for a room, there was no Wi-Fi unless you payed more.
Friendly staff and great location. Room was very comfortable and clean. The mirror in the bathroom was very cool. The room had several cool features:)
Nothing
The staff was very friendly.
We stayed there for a convention that was happening and only 2 elevators were functioning. Due to the amount of foot traffic in the hotel, it took a very long time to get up to our room.
The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is wonderful. James went above and beyond trying to help us when we lost a pair of prescription glasses at the parking garage next door. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will return again.
The Lay’s
Beautiful hotel with all rooms renovated
Bed wasn't as soft as I like & pillows could be more substantial.
I really the service and the Front desk was topnotch. Michael helped us check in early in leu of holding our luggage while we were at a convention next door. Food was good. The view of the City from the 14th floor was great and the window box was great fun to people watch .
Honestly nothing at this point.
We had an excellent stay, even while the hotel was undergoing construction. The staff took extra care to clearly reroute guests and minimize inconvenience, which we truly appreciated. Our room was neat, updated, and very comfortable. The linens were crisp and felt wonderful.
One of the elevators was out of service and for a weekend with a high volume of people, that extra elevator would have been helpful, but wasn't too much of an issue.
Incredible stay! Love the new reception and bar area. Bianca at the front desk was warm and welcoming, very attentive and knowledgable. The managers, Sierra and Kevin, were amazing too.
The room and public areas were very clean. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to stay again!
Rooms were nice and clean, we had a quiet room at the end of the hall.
Construction, had to go up to the 2nd floor to use the elevator and 3rd floor for front desk. Stairs were blocked when huge crowds of families just wanted to get up to their rooms asap. We showed up at the hotel around 10am and had to wait in the lobby until I went back to the front desk at 4:00 to get a room. Pool was closed due to construction and I don’t think we knew this ahead of time.

Now review number one thousand two hundred fifty two of excellent Sheraton Grand Sacramento!
Yes getting pricy, however is still an excellent hotel! Very walkable of many restaurants, Capitol Building, restaurants, museums!
This is for their recently renovated restaurant/bar. It used to be called Public Market Bar! I used sit there often, order orange juice. Since Mister Corona Virus, no more yummy bar snacks, but can still sit and enjoy orange juice! It is newly renovated. The child chicken strips is $10.00 plus tax, three big chicken strips, able to no extra charge substitute looks like Caesar salad instead fries! Way more cheaper than a very expensive place in Old Town Sacra! Their place in Old Town Sacra not serves cups of water to party of people, they “force” the customer to pay five dollars plus tax for bottled water. Child menu rounding off is seventeen dollars plus tax! Me, I say for child menu, eleven dollars plus tax or less is reasonable price for child menu. Any more expensive than hotel restaurant ($22.00 plus tax) for child menu I my own will not go! Now is called Merchant 25!
I like the hotel and it's location to activities and other restaurants. I also like that the Sheraton has started remodeling for my next visit.
Slow elevator access when there are events nearby, example Youth Band.
