Staffs are friendly. But it is very old house. Location is great, you can travel daily with train.
Pros:

Staffs are great, they are friendly snd accomodating.

Cons:

The room is so dark without any renovation. The shower is so uncomfortable to use, no shower closet. It’s like staying in a very old house. No room slippers and their floor, you cannot walk with it barefoot, it seems dirty and strange.

was not bad. 10 mins from terminal 3.
Pros:

there was no coffee maker in the room. and they need to make a good maintenance.


it was near the train station & shops , even a pharmacy

Cons:

coffee maker was a must in the room . and more cleaning. i asked them for 2 tea cups - empty . and they where not going to give us.


its a must for me to have a coffee maker and there was a small fridge not working.

Frühstück ist für einen internationalen Standard sehr dürftig, keine/wenig frische Sachen, keine Brotauswahl, nur das übliche italienische "Frühstück im Vorbeigehen", zu wenig für lange Stadtbesichtigungen, aber der Kaffee sehr gut

Personale al banco di ricevimento solari pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigen

Cons:

Le camere e bagno. Camera mini senza uno specchio.
Bagno senza un appoggio. Usare la doccia improponibile, per entrare ci voleva lo scaleo e per uscire invece pure. Sconsigliato usarla, rischio frattura.

Breve ma rigenerante
Pros:

L'Hotel si trova a cinque minuti di cammino dalla Stazione Termini. Ho soggiornato per una notte e mi ritengo soddisfatto della pulizia della camera come anche dell'ordine, arredamento e comfort di qualità. La camera che ho trovato era in sé modesta nell'arredamento ma nel suo complesso per me aveva lo stretto necessario per passarci una notte.
Tornerei volentieri.

Cons:

Si potrebbe migliorare curando l'insonorizzazione ed aggiungendo tende scure a garanzia di una migliore privacy.

Place is very good if you need a place close to the University and Roma Termini, but the tis all.
Cons:

In flexibility to send me my invoice per email again, since the first invoice did not arrived. So only offered e a print out and could not split the invoice so that everyone of us could pay hhis or her room individually based on a commutative reservation.
