Frühstück reichhaltig, aber ... Preis-/Leistung vom Frühstück passt nicht mehr; Preis zum Vorjahr gestiegen und Qualität gesunken; Frühstücksraum ziemlich dunkel; nur eine Kaffeemaschine für alle Gäste; lange Wartezeiten; nur Kondensmilch für Kaffee - Frischmilch nur beim Müsli zu finden; kein frisches Obst - nur Dosenfrüchte; Marmeladenspender falsch beschriftet (wurde nach Hinweis auch nicht korrigiert); Personal beim Frühstück unaufmerksam - alle fehlenden Dinge (Gläser, Butter, ...) mussten angefordert werden; Personal an der Rezeption hat am Abend um 21:55 den Ausschank von 2 Glas Wein verweigert mit dem Hinweis auf Feierabend (für Einschenken und Bezahlung hätte die Zeit eigentlich noch gereicht - trinken könnte man auch ohne das Beisein von Personal)

Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt.

Cons:

Im Grunde war es sehr sauber und alles sehr schön. Leider war es unter dem Bett nicht sauber. Bitte weitergeben, ansonsten wirklich sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Ich war leider zu einer Zeit frühstücken in der gerade alles fehlte (Brötchen, usw.), da musste etwas länger gewartet werden und leider war dann auch noch nicht alles da. Unsere zweite Reisegruppe war zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt essen, sie hatten Glück und konnten sich nicht beklagen. Es fehlte an Gläsern für Säfte. Aber das freundliche Personal sorgte für Alternativen.

Het enige wat veranderd zou kunnen worden, de koffie 's morgens bij het ontbijt stond in thermoskannen. Is prima maar een koffieautomaat zou lekkerder zijn.
