Tolles Hotel an super Lage! Mit Verbesserungspotenzial!

Die Lage ist top. Alles wunderbar zu Fuss erreichbar. Restaurants, Lokale, Cafés, Einkaufsstrasse alles fussläufig. Rooftop mit Musik - Top!

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt.
Für den Abreisemorgen (vor der offiziellen Frühstückszeit) hatten wir uns ein „Frühstückspaket“ gewünscht. Leider war das nicht möglich. Auch das Croissant an der Bar hätte gekauft werden müssen. Schade!

Location is great but the room and services were disappointing and even felt misleading at times

The location was very central

Cons:

The shower flooded the room even during/after very quick showers. There is no air conditioning and the windows barely open, which left the room very humid. This also made it even more difficult for the room to dry out after quick showers. We also were charged for the glasses of wine (one per person) that we had at the hotel during their “wine hour” that was supposedly free for guests- front desk staff claimed that we got the wine at 4:45pm instead of the 5-6pm wine hour window (not true) and that only two specific types of wine counted towards the wine hour (no mention of this anywhere online, on the menu, or at the bar).
