Pros:

Fantastiskt läge och personal. Jättebra frukost där man kan välja mellan olika kaffesorter samt få ett glas bubbel. Gratis vin mellan 17-18 samt en nattfösare bjöd hotellet på varje kväll. Hit återvänder vi mer än gärna.

Central location with excellent staff and breakfast
Pros:

The location - very central, walking distance to everywhere in the city.
The staff - friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The wine hour!
The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The room - small double room. The bed was set into the corner so you had to climb over the other person in bed to get out.
No air con - it was only around 20 C outside but the room was stiflingly hot.
The central location also meant it was very noisy.

Nach Fäkalien stinkendes Hotel

Cons:

Übel stinkende Zimmer. Hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Beide stinken. Auf Nachfrage hiess es, wir sollen Lüften. Hat sich herausgestellt dass der Gestank vom Abwasser kommt. Lavabo im Zimmer stank fürchterlich. Vollkommen verstopft. Interessiert hier keinen. Frühstück ohne Spuckschutz. Im Innenhof stinkt es nach Fäkalien / Abwasserkanal. Personal läuft mit Hund quer durch den Innenhof um in der Küche zu arbeiten. Hund notabene auch in der Küche. Schlafkomfort massiv ungenügend. 3 Tage Rückenschmerzen, und ich habe keine Rückenprobleme! Weiss nicht wie die 4 Sterne überhaupt möglich sind. Ausstattung und Service sicherlich nicht. Auch das Prädikat Boutique Hotel ist höchst fraglich. Alles in allem sehr mangelhaft. Kann es aufgrund der Lage empfehlen. Ansonsten leider nicht.

A very enjoyable experience

The Hotel's location is very central and within walking distance of everywhere. The Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were sufficient and delicious.

Happy hour, központi elhelyezkedés.

Cons:

A szobában nincs légkondi és semmilyen központi levegőztető rendszer (a 2 ablakunkból pedig az egyik alapból rossz volt), a fürdőszoba nevetségesen kicsi, a reggelinél pedig olyan kevés asztal van hogy a lobbyban ültünk le végül reggelizni.

It’s NOT a 4 star hotel!
Cons:

We had to have our breakfast (very slim choice) surrounded by piles of dirty dishes. Piles of it.
Our first room didn’t even have a proper bathroom- it was a tiny wet room the sink was in the bedroom. It was horrible.
The staff is so chilled and untrained that it feels that nobody knows what they are doing.

I would definitely stay again. A nice hotel in a great neighbourhood

Breakfast was exceptionally good and served in a very nice room with patio. The staff were very helpful

Cons:

Obviously, the hotel could not respond to a serious heatwave, but I knew from booking that it lacked A/C. Fortunately the windows opened wide once the sun set.
The breakdown in the elevator on June 29/30 was unfortunate. It carries very heavy traffic and attempting to use the adjacent stairs led one into a maze. Perhaps some instructions would help?

Fabulous stay
Pros:

We loved the relaxed atmosphere and the free coffee each morning and the free wine hour. We didn't make it back for the liqueur nightcap because there was so much to see in Copenhagen.
Free toiletries that smell amazing.
Comfortable beds and pillows.
We had a brilliant corner room with great views down the street.
I definitely recommend a stay here!

Pros:

EL desayuno era correcto y el personal que lo atendía muy amable.
La ubicación muy buena , muy cerca del centro y de la estación central .
Nos gustó mucho la terraza del último piso donde podías tomarte algo y tener una vista de la ciudad. Además ahí la temperatura era muy agradable teniendo en cuenta que los días que estuvimos la temperatura fue de 27º.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña y estabas agobiado. Hacía mucho calor y no tienen aire acondicionado.
