Nice, but needs updating in bedrooms

Cons:

The WiFi never worked, my room was much smaller than the images advertised. It was also feeling and looking very tired and the lighting wasn’t good.

Great location, great stay, lovely staff!
Pros:

Absolutely loved the location of the hotel, very central and easy to walk from. I really enjoyed breakfast in the courtyard garden and drinks on the roof terrace. The drinks “Happy Hour” between 5 and 6 pm as it was nice to meet fellow travellers.
Reception staff went above and beyond to help recommend places to go, etc

Cons:

I appreciated the room I was given as it was quiet but it was far too hot and needed a portable air conditioned unit

Showering over toilet isn’t fun!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

The shower is over the toilet. You get the toilet all wet when you shower, you pull a curtain around the freestanding shower in the bathroom. The whole bathroom floor is the draining area.

Great. Would recommend. But the room layout could be better.
Pros:

We liked the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. And there was a nice vibe to the place.

Cons:

The things we didn't like were: bits of the room were dusty (on the bedside lamps), the room was also very warm, & we had to clamber over each other to get in and out of the bed as there was no space to go round.

All in all - if you need somewhere central and you get a good price and you’re not too fussy, this is great. Don’t overs

Really well located. Really friendly staff. Wine hour and a happy hour is a nice touch. Breakfast isn’t over the top with what’s on offer but you get what you’d need and it’s always really fresh and tastes really good.

Cons:

The reviews are true what they say, the rooms are definitely small. I had to manoeuvre some things in the room to get my suitcase opened on the floor.

The cleanliness of the property could definitely be better. I’ve never stayed in a property that didn’t have fresh sheets on the bed after room service had been in. Just in general was disappointed with a lot of that part of the service. A lot of noise in the halls too early in the morning which is disappointing when on holiday.

Konum çok merkezi ve çalışanlar müthiş özellikle resepsiyondan dillon’a çok teşekkür ederiz. Bize çok yardımcı oldu. Organik kahvaltı çok güzeldi.

İlk odamız 1. Kat çok basık ve nem kokuyordu. Ricamız üzerine odamız değişti. Daha sonra bir geceliğine 2. Kata sonra 3. Kata çıktık.
Bir de geçişler arasında bavulları taşımak zorunda kaldık asansöre kadar.

Excellent stay. Faultless
Pros:

Faultless. Free wine hour between 5-6 and evening night cap. Bfast was great, even included smoothies and prosecco. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff very attentive. Excellent roof top bar with great views.

Cons:

Nothing didnt like.

Would point out it is in a busy road so might get noisy if you decide to open windows. But that is very minor

Skvělá poloha blízko Tivoli Gardens, vše v dochozí vzdálenosti včetně centra, metra i vlaku. Dobré snídaně a hotelový bar s happy hour na víno a drink večer, terasa s výhledem na město

Cons:

Pokoj jsme museli upgradovat, neboť standard byl skutečně malý, superior byl již v pořádku, ale bohužel jsme ho měli na rušnou ulici a nebylo možné spát s otevřeným oknem, zároveň v naší části budovy byl na schodišti cítit zápach

Erlebenswert aber EXTREM Teuer.
Pros:

Gute Lage um in Kopenhagen auf Tour zu gehen. Die Weinprobe am Nachmittag. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das extrem kleine Zimmer und nahezu kein Stauraum.
Wir kamen mit dem Auto und es gibt keinen Parkplatz. Das Hotel gab uns eine Adresse für ein Parkhaus.
Samstag Nachmittag bis Donnerstags in der Früh 500€-Wahnsinn.
