This hotel is a great value! The breakfast is the best we’ve ever had.
Pros:

The staff was fantastic! Very helpful answering questions and assisting with taxis and dinner reservations. Huge shout out to Nori for her help!

Pros:

Emplacement / Personnel de l'accueil/ petit déjeuner ( quantité qualité service)

Cons:

La chambre: petite, bruyante ( devant la porte de l'ascenseur) et surtout pas propre ( photos à disposition). Wc sales, tête de lit tachée. L'avant dernier jour, à 15 h30 le ménage n'était toujours pas fait.
L'ascenseur : commun aux clients et au transport du matériel de nettoyage. Donc de longs temps d'attente ( nous étions au 6e)

Nice eclectic downtown hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

Nice room, good size, comfortable bed. Great location, walk to everything. Good breakfast and happy hours.

Cons:

Stairs between rooms and elevator. No AC and some road and bell noise with windows open.

Cons:

One of the main shortcomings we experienced during our stay was the lack of a refrigerator in the room. I believe a refrigerator should be considered a basic amenity in a hotel room. In addition, we had to repeatedly request standard items, such as slippers, from reception. These basic necessities should be readily available in the rooms without guests having to ask for them, as this would make the overall stay much more comfortable.
