A great and welcoming location to see the sights.
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location to visit central Copenhagen, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely and helpful. The bar is always open and there's a great roof terrace. The sofas in the lobby / bar are comfortable and they have some board games to chill out.

Cons:

There are strange posts around the bed that made it a bit hard to navigate the room, as it wasn't very large. I think it was a design feature but it would have been better not to have them. Breakfast was average but available until 11, which was nice.

Small room with sink outside of bathroom
Pros:

The location is the best

Cons:

The sink is located outside the bathroom, which I found quite inconvenient and, in my view, not ideal from a hygiene and health & safety perspective.

Additionally, there was no air conditioning in the room. As a result, the room became very warm at night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Trevligt hotell i centrala Köpenhamn
Pros:

Läget var jättebra och hotellet var fint med härlig utsikt och takterass! Rummet var mysigt och badrummet fräscht!

Cons:

Rummet var supervarmt, det stod flera fläktar på rummet som hjälpte en aning. Sängen var väldigt hård.

Liten seng. Vi kune ikke dusje på grunn av tett avløp så vi måtte utsett vår oppstart på dagen på grunn av dette. Heise virket ikke siste dag.
Hadde forvente noe kompesasjon.
