Odam bekledigimden cok daha iyiydi. Kahvalti cok guzeldi. Marti sesleri harika. Terasdaki manzara hariki. Ben Sarnic hotele cok tesekkur ederim. Bizi 4 gun boyunca cok guzel agirladiniz. Bundan sonra Istanbuldaki evim Sarnic hotel. ❤️

Jó adottságok, gyenge kiszolgálás és tisztaság.
Pros:

Itt Marcellt emelném ki elsősorban, aki nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt, és magyarul is beszél. A reggeli választékos, mindenki talál magának megfelelőt. A vacsoránál nem volt választék, de az ételek finomak voltak.

Cons:

A vacsorához a tetőteraszon egyetlen alkalommal sem volt megterítve, kizárólag a belső éttermi részben készítették elő az asztalokat. Mi azonban a teraszon szerettünk volna vacsorázni. Előfordult, hogy még asztalterítőt sem kaptunk, ráadásul a terasz padlója és a székek is madárülülékkel voltak szennyezve. Az étkezések során a személyzet hozzáállása is csalódást keltett: nemtörődömnek és mogorvának tűntek, ami jelentősen rontotta az éttermi élményt.

Отличный отель с удобным расположением, прекрасным персоналом и вкусными завтраками. Обязательно остановимся здесь снова

Очень понравилось расположение — всё находится рядом: достопримечательности, кафе, магазины и транспорт. Персонал невероятно дружелюбный, всегда готов помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Завтраки очень вкусные, разнообразные и при этом недорогие. Номер был красивый, чистый и уютный, а из окна открывался прекрасный вид.

Недостатков не заметили, всё было отлично.
