Very clean and comfortable rooms; only a short walk to the active and interesting parts of Vieux Montreal. Our room looked out on the 100-year old Grand Trunk Railway Building, complete with gargoyles and griffins. (Nicely illuminated at night.) Room staff was friendly and accommodating.
We had two suitcases and there was only one rack in the room.
The temperature in the room was cold at night. for the second night we asked for someone to explain how the system was working, since the room stayed cold during the first night. finally they mentioned that since it was still summer time ( 4 September) the heating was not activated,
I told them that it was supposed for me to be able to define the temperature of the room for my family comfort,
They apparently, according to their comments, increased the temperature remotely to 22ºC. very strange.

Location location location. You couldn't beat it. In old town Mintreal just steps away from some of the best restaurants and bars in Canada.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive.
It's a bit of a tired hotel. It's obvious they have made some improvements but the decor wasn't t my taste. I found it expensive for what it was.
The rooms overall quality and size do not justify the nightly rate.

Nous avons attendu environ 15 minutes avant qu’une personne se présente à l’accueil lors de notre arrivée. Il n’y avait personne dans le lobby. Nous avons demandé un seau à glace et des flûtes à champagne et nous avons attendu 45 minutes. Et lors d’un moment intime avec mon conjoint la femme de chambre est entré. Malaise!! C’est vraiment trop cher la nuit pour ce que c’était.

Las camas eran más pequeñas de lo que el hotel nos dijo. Había polvo y suciedad debajo de las camas y tuvimos que pedir que vinieran a limpiarlo.
