Pros:

L’emplacement proche du zénith ainsi que la grd place !!
La disponibilité et l’amabilité du personnel quel que soit son rôle. La carte du restaurant.

Cons:

J’ai trouvé ma chambre défraîchie , propre mais pas en adéquation avec le prix payé. Les installations sanitaires sont à changer ( barre et installation de douche, pas assez de lumière en sdb, wc sans brosse ), moquette abîmée

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Comfortable room - we’d needed to book a last minute room due to French train strikes - thanks for that- an additional cost to our holiday.
Hood location near train stations.
We slept really well- Quiet.
Lovely staff- helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Expensive for the quality of the room- pretty basic.

Pros:

La chambre était dotée d'un lit double et d'un canapé lit double, rendant la chambre quelque peu étroite. Les équipements sont corrects mais la literie ne nous a pas convaincu. Le personnel était très sympa surtout avec les enfants. Le petit déjeuner correct. La situation géographique est excellente.

Cons:

La literie mais c'est une question de goût.

There’s nothing spectacular about this hotel - it’s a dated business commuter hotel near the main railway stations. Staf
Pros:

Reasonably convenient for work.

Cons:

Very tired rooms that could use an upgrade. The shower in particular was super disappointing - more of a damp mist than rainfall. Come on Novotel - you can do better!

Proximité du centre, chambre propre.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait, proche de l’hyper centre.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres.
Je recommande vivement !

Cons:

L’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking.
L’hôtel propose un parking proche avec une réduction de 10 ou 15% mais malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu y aller car le parking était complet.

Pros:

De ligging: kort bij het centrum en openbaar vervoer.

Cons:

De eieren bij het ontbijt. Je moest ze zelf bakken en dat duurde erg lang. De scrambled eggs waren lauw of zelfs koud.

Juste bien.
Pros:

Hôtel calme et bien localisé.

Cons:

Il y avait des trous dans la housse de couette du lit d’appoint de notre enfant, les oreillers étaient en mauvais état et inconfortable et le buffet du petit déjeuner dans un espace étroit inadapté pour hôtel très fréquenté par les familles avec des enfants.
Nous avons dû attendre un moment pour pouvoir avoir le renouvellement du buffet.
