Cons:

Quand le client demande explicitement 2 lits SÉPARÉS (en majuscules!): on arrive dans la chambre… 1 matelas 2 personnes.
Ok au calme…
Je téléphone à l’accueil; on nous met un étage plus haut côté rue! (avant il y avait une baignoire et là une douche).
On ne va pas faire à nouveaux commentaires… d’autant que la 1re chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure que l’accueil nous avait confirmé.
On subit…

Le bar: Mojito? Quand il n’y a plus de menthe on l’annonce au client au lieu de mettre que du citron vert…

Séjour agréable, hôtel parfaitement situé.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel juste à côté du Zénith, et pas trop loin à pieds des gares, donc du centre-ville. Petit-déjeuner excellent ! Du choix, et le personnel agréable et au petit soin.

Cons:

Les voisins bruyants avec des filles en bas âge qui parlaient fort, pleuraient, à 6h du mat', et 7h30. Les parents (Anglais) qui s'en fiche royalement de réveiller les voisins, qui ne font rien pour calmer... Super la grasse mat' ! :/ Dommage car je pense qu'il y avait suffisamment de chambres de dispos pour ne pas mettre ce genre de famille côte-à-côte avec d'autres couples 'seuls'.
