The area
Leaks in room
Great place to stay, clean and friendly
The property was very clean and easy to get in and out of. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always fresh and plenty of options.
The walls are thin, we were traveling for a basketball tournament and had a team of teen girls on the floor above us. We could hear them running around late into the night. I had to step out of my room on more than one occasion and ask them to keep it down.
I didn’t realize we had to request for the room to be cleaned so the four nights we were there we had no trash picked up and had to get clean towels from the front desk.
The room smelled like old microwaved food. The refrigerator was covered in some sort of food on the front that grossed me out. My first use of the bathroom I had a large beetle crawl on the back of my neck and creeped me out for the rest of my stay. I had to look it up to make sure it wasn’t a bed bug because I felt this place might have them and immediately searched the bed.
How nice the people was and how comfortable the stay was
Nothing
Location was great, staff was friendly, good breakfast, and free guest laundry.
Needed a little TLC here and there, but overall was clean and well cared for.
The staff were nice the hotel was in a good area and very clean
The washer and dryers people didnt take there stuff when it was done so we had to wait hours just to dry our clothes
The room had a full fridge and freezer
Front desk hung up on us multiple times. Beds are super hard.
