The price
The was supposed to have a coffee maker in my room I asked for one they said they would get it never came

The office chair was filthy, the bathtub faucet was broken, the tub was dirty, the phone was disgusting, the hair dryer was broken, there was an empty Coke bottle behind the bedside table from prior guest. I took photos of all. Although this is a budget hotel, it was definitely not worth thr price.
Location, affordability, clean rooms, good front desk service
Overall cleanliness of the hotel, overflowing trash cans, some outdoor smelly areas.
Location was okay, near lots of other businesses but not downtown. Near a road so you could hear cars. Felt pretty safe.
Rooms were a little unclean
We liked it because it's close to restaurants gas stations.

The first room was obviously a smoker's room! Switched to another room somewhat better. Sheets were clean but could tell the mattress and pillows needed cleaning or replacement. The floor needed a good mopping. The breakfast didn't give much of a choice, and bagels were a bit stale.
It was close to what we wanted to do, and a good price. Room was decent.
Everything smelled slightly of cigarettes, lots of construction workers around. The pool needed to be cleaned. Its older and dated.
The room was very hot like 85 to 90 degrees because the air was off. Was not clean.

Dirty rooms, asked for clean bedding because they was dirty and stained up i was told I couldn't get any new bedding until a.m. shift! Sink don't drain! I swept behind the bed found dirty panties!!! Alot of in and out traffic! Nice area is about it!!! Ghetto finest!!!
