Wir waren das erste Mal in China und haben in Peking unsere Reise im Grand Hyatt Beijing gestartet. Das Hotel war absolut top - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut für die diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Auch die Restaurants sind top. Speziell bedanken möchten wir uns bei Cecilia vom Concierge Desk - da die Airline meinen Koffer verloren hat, hat sich extrem nett darum gekümmert- auf den Flughafen angerufen, etc. Bei der Abreise hat sie uns ein Taxi organisiert und sogar geholfen, das Gepäck im Taxi zu verstauen. Auch Hanna von Guest Relations hat uns sehr nett begrüsst und auch nachgefragt, ob wir zufrieden sind mit dem Hotel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es - speziell auch für europäische Gäste - unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Hotel molto bello, grande con un’ottima spa ed una incredibile colazione! Nota importante sulla colazione, varia, asiatica ed occidentale, cucina e chef a vista. La colazione e la spa meritano davvero.

Cons:

Meno la camera, nel complesso buona ma comunque abbastanza piccola, poco spazio per le valigie, a mio avviso andrebbe rimodernata.
