The room was spacious and comfortable; however, it lacked drawers and shelving for clothes and personal belongings. As a result, we had to live out of our suitcases throughout our stay.

Hotel com ótima localização, bons restaurantes e rua de comércio, ambos muito próximos. Quarto grande e café da manhã muito bom.

FANTASTIC HOLIDAYS IN BEIJING AT THE GRAND HYATT BEIJING
Pros:

The location is excellent, close to Wangfujing Ave., and the Oriental Plaza is just downstairs. The room is very big and spacious with power and charging points around the room. The king size bed is super comfortable, providing a good night sleep. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. For our last night, they even upgraded us to a suite. How good! Only thing we didn't have much time to enjoy it!
The buffet breakfast has a very good spread and also caters to our diet need. Very sumptuous breakfast.
The hotel staff are excellent. From reception to concierge and housekeeping, the are really efficient, very helpful and very friendly. They provided a small cake for my wife's birthday on the 3rd day of our stay. How Nice!

Чистый номер, приветливый персонал (помогали во всем в любое время), русскоязычный сотрудник Анна (спасибо большое за решение вопросов).
Завтраки хорошие, есть европейская кухня, но в основном китайская.
Под отелем есть большой торговый центр.
Рядом пешеходная улица вайфуцзын, исторический центр Пекина, запретный город, площадь Тяньаньмэнь. С другой стороны от отеля обычные улочки с уличной едой и магазинчики со всякой всячиной.

Soggiorno fantistico anche per la scelta fortunata dell'hotel.
Pros:

La colazione è ottima e molto abbondante.
L’hotel si trova all’interno dell’Oriental Plaza un imponente centro commerciale in stile moderno con fontane e grattacieli con accesso ad un Grande Magazzino sotterraneo con negozi di moda, oreficerie e ristorantini. Si trova a due passi dalla moderna via commerciale Wangfujing, ad una fermata della metropolitana dalla più cinese via commerciale di Qianmen e a uan fermata della metropolitana per raggiunge piazza Tiennamen e la Città Proibita.

Cons:

Alcune stanze sono da ristrutturare come quella capitata a noi che era impregnata di fumo; il personale sollecitamente ha provveduto a cambiarcela il giorno dopo.
