Great hotel, but the breakfast staff attitude was disappointing.
Pros:

We appreciated the hotel’s great location, the varied and delicious breakfast, as well as the lobby bar and entertainment options, which all contributed positively to our stay.

Cons:

However, unfortunately, this positive experience was overshadowed by the behavior of some breakfast staff, which felt inappropriate for a hotel of such high standards. Although breakfast officially ends at 10:00 AM, one staff member repeatedly went from table to table around 9:45 AM reminding guests that breakfast would finish at 10:00. Being interrupted while enjoying a coffee or meal to be indirectly rushed is quite unpleasant and, in our view, unacceptable in a hotel aiming to provide a premium guest experience. We fully understand schedules need to be respected, but this approach negatively impacts the overall guest experience and could be handled in a much more discreet and professional manner.

Amazing stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect. Next to Wangfujing Road. Breakfast was great. Room was a very good size and the beds were very comfortable.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

The location was excellent. We were upgraded to a 2BR apartment, so the room was huge. Everything was extremely comfortable and clean. Excellent choice at breakfast. The pool and its amenities were amazing.
Loved that it was connected to a shopping mall.

veramente un hotel bellissimo. Tutto dico davvero tutto eccellente..uno dei più bei buffet che abbia mai frequentato,. Pulizia, gentilezza del personale, accoglienza, disponibilità davvero straordinari.

Very poor service in room . No replacement of water or cups which is standard housekeeping practice . Also needed two reminders and a threat of complaint . I am a hyatt member Number 559452502D so quite disappointed

Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely stay again.
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at the Grand Hyatt Beijing. The infrastructure of the hotel is amazing — the swimming pool, restaurants, and direct access to the mall made everything very convenient. The location is also fantastic and perfect for exploring the city.

The breakfasts were enormous, with a great variety of both Western and Asian options. There was something for everyone.

The bed was huge and extremely comfortable.

The service was also excellent. A special thanks to Hanna, who speaks Russian and was always there to help with our requests, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Cons:

The delivery robots do not come up to the apartment floors 😭

Outstanding Hospitality
Pros:

We had an amazing experience at the Grand Hyatt Beijing. The place exceeded our expectations. All the employees were very kind, attentive, and always ready to help us. The facilities were very comfortable, and the spa and gym were amazing. The location is perfect for exploring all Beijing's treasures.
We departed very early, and the lunch box we requested was a perfect final touch to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and I hope to come back someday. It was the perfect first impression of Chinese hospitality
