Very quaint hotel in a good neighborhood close to metro stations.
Pros:

I liked the area, it was close to metro stations. Very walkable, good restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

As stated in other comments, rooms are very small, but we were only there to sleep. Just a few minor things but over all it was good.

Hotel perfeito! Os funcionários são maravilhosos, nos receberam super bem. O quarto é espaçoso, chuveiro excelente, tem vários mimos pra gente (chinelinho, creme corporal cheirosissimo, touca de banho, kit de cotonete, lixa de unha). Eles deixam sachê de café e chá pra gente. Serviço de limpeza de quarto ótimo. Elevador pequeno mas super ok. Localização sensacional! Fizemos várias atrações a pé e as que usamos metrô foi super tranquilo pq tem uma estação a uns 6 minutos a pé. Tem um restaurante ótimo que fica em frente. Tudo excelente!!

Pros:

Great location/bed/ shower/toiletries/towels and LOVED our balcony! View was amazing! Quiet acoustics for sleeping. Staff was very nice and they ordered taxi for airport so our departure totally stress free.

Cons:

after first day there was no more coffee for our room -they said they ran out- only decaf left and no one thought important to get us coffee for our room the rest of our stay I guess...but they did allow us to use espresso machines which was appreciated! And we know most hotel rooms are small in France but this one had the bed soooo close to handles with sharp edges that opened our window onto our balcony that both my husband and I banged/cut our arms. We still loved the hotel and would stay again if a larger room for same price.

A delightful hotel and will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Walls are a bit thin, especially in the hall. People need to be considerate and not talk so loud at night. Location is excellent-near Rue Moufftard and Place Monge. Hotel room was very quiet-not facing the street. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I had to ask for my things to be re-supplied --such as coffee and single use lotion. No wash cloths provided. But that is so many Paris hotels. Room was fine size -wise but the shower is very tiny- a large person would have trouble .

Room for two is acceptable for one person with no dust/mold allergies
Pros:

Great location, elevator and AC worked. Decent bed mattress. Kettle and safe box in the room.

Cons:

The size of the room for two people was not acceptable. We didn’t even have space to open luggage on the floor.
We could feel the smell of mold every time entering the room, the carpet was disgustingly dirty (glad we brought our own hotel flip flops). Very sleek shower not rubber mat. They didn’t have a room available to change though we ordered a different room months before.

Pros:

The staff were very polite, responsive and always happy to help. The beds were very comfortable and the location is surprisingly quiet, given where it is.
Very conveniently located near great restaurants, shops, markets and metro. Having a mini fridge was a bonus.

Cons:

The carpet and washrooms need to be replaced / renovated.
