Hotel is nice. Staff who welcomed me was pretty nice.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

It's very near to the station . The shower worked

Cons:

The tiny shoebox bedroom. A very narrow child sized bed. No Aircon. No fridge. No safe. No chair to sit on. No glass to drink out of. Very poor breakfast. There are much better places than this

A perfect choice in the heart of Venice

La ubicación del hotel es fantástica, muy cerca de Piazzale Roma y de las estaciones de Vaporetto, en pleno centro de Venecia. Además, muy cerca hay un pequeño supermercado y todos los servicios necesarios para comprar lo que haga falta.

Las habitaciones son muy confortables y cuentan con doble acristalamiento, lo cual es ideal para aislar el ruido exterior. Tanto el colchón como las almohadas son súper cómodos y nos garantizaron un descanso excelente. El baño es impecable y tiene todas las amenities necesarias.

El personal de recepción es amabilísimo. Desde que hice la reserva nos comunicamos por email y siempre respondieron con muchísima rapidez y amabilidad a mis diferentes consultas, facilitándome y aportándome información de primera mano.

Además, me gustaría destacar a una de las recepcionistas que habla español, quien fue encantadora y nos recomendó muy buenos lugares para visitar en Venecia.

En definitiva, es un hotel con una relación calidad-precio inmejorable en el centro de Venecia.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Piazzale Roma and the Vaporetto stops, right in the heart of Venice. Plus, there is a small supermarket and all essential services nearby to pick up anything you might need.

The rooms are very comfortable and feature double-glazed windows, which is ideal for blocking out exterior noise. Both the mattress and pillows are extremely comfy and guaranteed us a great night's sleep. The bathroom is spotless and comes with all the necessary amenities.

The front desk staff is wonderfully friendly. Ever since I made the reservation, we communicated via email and they always responded super quickly and kindly to my various inquiries, providing helpful, first-hand information.

Additionally, I would like to highlight one of the receptionists who speaks Spanish –she was delightful and recommended some fantastic places to visit around Venice.

El desayuno no era muy variado, pero estaba todo muy rico.

La posizione ottima, vicinissimo alla stazione e ai vaporetti.
La gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

Purtroppo, almeno nella mia camera c'era un odore di fogna davvero spiacevole, veniva dal bagno. La porta del bagno non chiudeva, si poteva solo accostare, quindi di notte ho dovuto dormire con questo odore, non è stato piacevole!
Il mobiletto del bagno scorticato, decisamente da cambiare.

Muy amable el personal, pero no se relaciona el precio con las habitaciones
Pros:

La recepcionista fue muy simpática y nos dejó ingresar una hora antes del Check In, en general el personal fue muy agradable, la ubicación al lado del terminal, lo que es muy bueno.

Cons:

No existen muy buena relación precio calidad, ya que nos tocó una habitación que tenía el baño afuera, lo que era muy incomodo, la habitación no tenía ventilación, tampoco un mini refrigerador y el ascensor muy antiguo, solo por la amabilidad del personal le pongo 5, porque por el alto precio, debió haber cumplido ciertos estándares, lo cual no sucedió.

Pros:

Very good location, good price and staff were there to help 24hrs a day. Had a very late flight and arrived and checked in at 2am with no issues
Room was clean and was tidied everyday

Cons:

Room was very warm, with no air-conditioning and fan could not keep up with the heat.
It was serviceable but quite small.
Bed was not very comfortable

Good stay for a short trip to Venice. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location just at the entrance of Venice close to Piazzale Roma. Staff was super kind. Breakfast had more options than we expected for a small hotel, nothing major, but a nice touch. Room was old but clean, a bit odd with shower and toilet separate, but perfectly doable. Good stay for a short trip to Venice.
