Pros:

The location is perfect! It’s near the centrale railway station, there’s bus stop for airports Malpensa and Bergamo and Duomo is 5min by metro. Hotel is okay, the room was very comfortable and it was very clean and the room smelled beautiful and clean all the time. We also had a big balcony, it was really nice. Breakfast was usual, everything you need for breakfast. In complete we are very satisfied and we recommend this hotel!

המחיר היה סביר , ארוחת בוקר מפתיעה לטובה .

Cons:

המקלחת היתה מזעזעת. ככ קטנה שלא ניתן היה בקושי להרים את היד. משהו לא סביר בגודל שלו לאדם בוגר.

Pros:

Cortesia unica e ottimi servizi!Hotel pulito, accogliente e in una posizione comodissima vicino alla Stazione Centrale. Il personale è squisito, educato e super disponibile. Ottimo il check-out posticipato rispetto agli altri standard. Ci hanno custodito le valigie per tutta la giornata e, quando siamo tornati nel pomeriggio in attesa del treno serale, ci hanno fatto accomodare nella hall lasciandoci usare i servizi igienici (pulitissimi). Un'attenzione al cliente davvero rara. Consigliatissimo!

Bardzo miła obsluga, na śniadaniu rzeczywiście dla każdego coś dobrego. Jest wszystko czego potrzeba, a do tego bardzo blisko do stacji i do metra.

La habitación con necesidad de arreglos. No hay armario, las paredes sucias, el baño sin toalleros, ducha vieja,...
Todo esto para un hotel caro al que hay que añadir la tasa municipal de 22 euros por persona.
