Checking in was a pleasure. The room was good size.

Cons:

There was black mold spots in our bathtub. It would just take an old toothbrush and a little elbow grease to clean it up.

Would never stay at this hotel, nor any Best Western.

Breakfast and location

Cons:

The staff was very unwelcoming. When I called the day before to see if my rooms were together and request a joining. I was scolded that I booked through booking.com. That their hotel doesn't get good reimbursement. Did not let me finish asking my question and hung up. On check in, everyone in my party had to show their ID, not just me checking in. Everyone was made to read the rules of the hotel. I felt discrimination based on age; that because the guests were young that they were labeled as being a disruptive group.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner très limité,pas beaucoup de variétés. Fin de semaine Pourrait prolonger jusqu'à 11h ça fini trop tôt.on est là pour se reposer pas un camp militaire quand même.

Cons:

Savon, crème et champoings formats trop minuscule. Salle de bain a besoin de rénovation, rouillé et laid , sale.
J' ai dû payer plus cher pour rentrer dans ma chambre. L' heure d'arrivée devrait être à 11h comme vous le faites pour le départ.
